**What do you like best about TheySaid?**

Hearing someone talk through a pricing page out loud is completely different from reading their survey responses. theysaid helps me catch the hesitation, the moment something does not add up for them, the comparison they are making in their head. None of that shows up in a form.

**What do you dislike about TheySaid?**

Nothing that has actually bothered me enough to flag. I had to build my pricing test from scratch since the templates lean usability but that took maybe an extra thirty minutes. For what the tool gives back that is not a real complaint.

**What problems is TheySaid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were about to roll out a plan restructure based on inrernal assumptions and some light survey data. Testing it with real customers first surfaced two things that were confusing that we never would have caught. We fixed them before launch and avoided what would have been a rough few weeks of support conversations. The bigger win was that leadership started asking "did we test this with customers" before approving pricing changes, which was not a question anyone used to ask.

**What do you like best about TheySaid?**

What I love most about TheySaid is that it goes beyond a traditional survey and helps collect deeper feedback through AI powered conversations and follow-up questions. Instead of only collecting responses, it helps uncover the reasons behind those responses. I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content for social media , where I regularly create health awareness content, educational resources, and community wellness initiatives, so understanding audience feedback, learning needs, and participant engagement is an important part of my work. The platform is easy to use and easy to set up. I was able to create a health-focused feedback project quickly, and the AI generated relevant questions based on my goals. Features such as AI survey creation, AI interviews, follow-up questions, feedback analysis, response themes, and insight generation are especially useful when collecting feedback after educational activities and awareness programs.

Another thing I like is that responses are organized into useful insights instead of just showing a list of answers. This makes it easier to identify common concerns, learning interests, and topics people want to know more about. It helps me better understand what information is most useful to the audience. The performance has been good in my experience. Creating surveys, reviewing responses, and moving between different sections is quick and easy. The platform feels responsive during setup and feedback analysis, which helps me focus more on understanding responses rather than spending time managing the tool. Overall, TheySaid offers a good number of features while keeping the process simple. It fits well into my workflow for feedback collection, audience research, educational programs, and community engagement activities.

**What do you dislike about TheySaid?**

When working with detailed feedback projects, I occasionally wish there were more ways to compare related responses across different questions in one view. The information is available, but I sometimes move between sections to connect feedback patterns and participant comments. A more consolidated review experience would make analysis easier.

**What problems is TheySaid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping me collect more meaningful feedback instead of relying only on ratings or short survey responses. In educational and awareness activities, it can be difficult to understand what people actually learned, what challenges they face, or what information they still need. The AI powered conversations and follow-up questions help gather deeper responses and provide more context behind each answer. This makes feedback more useful and actionable compared to traditional surveys.

Another benefit is that responses are organized into themes and insights, which makes analysis easier. Instead of spending a lot of time going through individual responses, I can quickly identify common patterns, interests, and areas where people need more information. **What do you like best about TheySaid?**

It catches moments in videos and provides insights that i would have missed normally. Because it's kinda tiring to watch hours of videos with the same level of attention. The recurring problems come back already ranked by how often they showed up. And the automated theme detection groups findings in a way that would taken me hours to do manually, and I start from prioritized list instead of a blank page. That difference shows up in how quickly i can turn research around.

**What do you dislike about TheySaid?**

Category names it generates for grouping findings do not always match how my team talks about problems. I rename them before sharing anything so a way to set the preferred language up front would save me that step every single time.

**What problems is TheySaid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Synthesis was the reason our research always arrived too late. By the time i had a report ready, the sprint had move on. Now i share the findings the same week when sessions run and i am actually part of the decision instead of a footnote after the fact.

**What do you like best about TheySaid?**

The findings come back with each problem ranked by how how often it shows across sessions. I walk into priotirization meeting knowing which issues are widespread and which are one time. This ranking system changes how I make the case for what to fix first and it's a lot more persuasive than my opinion as it's backed by AI data and insights.

**What do you dislike about TheySaid?**

Nothing major really. I wish there was an easier way to hand off a session to another team without leaving the platform. The core of what I use works really well so no issues there.

**What problems is TheySaid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We kept building products based on what the team assumed that users needs. In scenarios where those assumptions were wrong, we found only after weeks later and after we have wasted so much of our time and money. Being able to test before prioratization changed our hit rate for features that actually gets used and that difference is now shown in adoption numbers.

Before running any sessions I uploaded our product docs and a few URLs so the tool actually understood what we were testing and why. The questions it asked users were relevant in a way that out-of-the-box testing never was. That context made the findings a lot more useful straight out of the analysis.

**What do you dislike about TheySaid?**

The tool works best when you go in with a specific question. More open-ended sessions where I am trying to understand broader patterns take more thought to set up so the output comes back in a useful shape. It rewards clear thinking upfront.

Roadmap debates used to come down to whoever had the strongest opinion. Now they come down to what users actually did. That shift made prioritization more consistent and took a lot of the politics out of the room.

Every issue it surfaces comes with a suggested fix based on what users actually did. I am not walking into engineering team discussions with just a problem list after using this tool but rather with context and direction. This has made those tiresome meetings so short and on the point.

When i run multiple rounds of testing with my own users, tracking who has participated is still manual on my end. And i have to keep a separate spreadsheet for it. If it could be inside the tool itself then that would be great.

**What problems is TheySaid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to skip research when timelines got tight because setup was it's own project. That excuse is gone now. We have caught real problems before development started and avoided at least three post launch fixes that would have cost way more than the test did.

**What do you like best about TheySaid?**

Getting analyzed findings back from a study run in another language, without a translation project sitting in between, is something I genuinely did not expect to work as cleanly as it does. The tool supports over 70 languages and the quality held up across the markets we tested. That changed what we think is possible with a small team.

**What do you dislike about TheySaid?**

The participant panel is stronger in some regions than others. For a few of our target markets finding people who matched our exact customer profile took more rounds than I budgeted for. The panel is large overall but the depth varies depending on where you are recruiting.

**What problems is TheySaid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Every previous attempt to expand research to non-English markets hit the same two walls, cost and coordination. Both went away at once. Our product decisions now reflect a broader slice of who actually uses the product and that shows up in how new features land in those markets.

When the AI moderator detects someone hesitating or going quiet mid-task, it asks a follow-up question right then. So instead of watching a user silently struggle and wondering what they were thinking, I get the actual reason out loud. That one thing has surfaced more useful insights than anything I could have scripted myself.

**What do you dislike about TheySaid?**

How the test prompt appears to participants could be more customizable visually. It functions well but I would like it to feel more like part of the product experience rather than something external that got dropped in.

I was designing based on internal feedback that was too positive and too fast. Real users do not tell you what you want to hear. Getting honest reactions before handoff changed the quality of work that comes out the other side and the engineering team noticed the difference.

Being able to ask a natural language question across multiple projects and get a combined answer is something I use every single day. Before, any cross-project question was a half-day manual job. That change alone made my quarterly reporting faster and more credible with the people reading it.

Some of the auto-generated theme groupings are too broad for detailed CX reporting. I break them down further before anything goes into a report. More control over the granularity of how findings get clustered would save me that step.

What I like best about TheySaid is the ease of navigating the site. I was able to immediately figure out how to use the site and start creating projects based on my business's needs. I started by creating a survey and was pleased with how it could create a complete survey for me through AI just by providing a quick prompt of my goals. From there, the editing of the survey to tweak it to fit my needs was also incredibly easy. It's always a good thing when you don't have to waste time getting a tutorial of how to use a site.

So far, I haven't found any downsides to using TheySaid. If I had to choose something I think it will be the sites limitations for fitting all different kinds of business's.

This app uses AI technology to assist in quickly creating a survey with a wide variety of question types (open answer, multiple choice, ranking, selection) and gives you the ability to send the survey to participants in different formats. Additionally, once the survey has been answered, it offers several different ways of analyzing the information, as well as providing insights and recommended next steps with the received information. It is very easy to maneuver through and intuitive on how to function within the app.

**What do you dislike about TheySaid?**

I would need to read more about each screen (i.e., analytics) to see how some of the insights are determined and what information TheySaid uses to make suggestions on next actions.

It is helping me understand how to better analyze survey results and ensures that the information is reviewed in a comprehensive and analytical manner. Additionally, it helped save my time and make this function more efficient by me not having to create every single question from scratch.

Patterns, trends, and actionable insights are identified instantly, saving teams countless hours and allowing faster, data-driven decision-making. The results are consistently accurate and incredibly on point. AI eliminates human error, provides real-time analytics, and highlights opportunities and concerns that might otherwise go unnoticed. It’s an absolute game-changer for companies looking to optimize operations, understand customer behavior, or improve internal processes. It's easy to integrate the tool into your business because once you generate the survey, there are many ways to share it on different platforms. It's easy to implement, it took about 10mins to see how to process with the whole survey generation. I'm sure I will be using it frequently.

I don't think there's anything I dislike, you get all the options from editing your context to speicifing your question and question types.

**What do you like best about TheySaid?**

As a teacher feedback is essential. Creating a chat style for feedback can help in a number of ways. My students can be more open and deliver feedback on their own time. When filling out surveys as a member of faculty, It can consolidate and expedite the process of discovering action items, as well as insights across the data. All in all a wonderful tool for those who use surveys. It is also easy to use!

Its very minor but the insights page, while it contains a ton of good info, does feel a little small.

**What problems is TheySaid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When issueing surveys using forms or qualtrics or survey monkey, I still have to a lot of scrubbing and organizing, whereas they said a lot of that for me, while still containing the original answers.

I like how you can use AI to create surveys. You just needs to type in a couple sentences and it will create the survey for you.

You might need to edit some of the questions that the AI gives to you to make it applicable for your ORG and I also did not see a way to put your ORG colors on the surveys

So I've used other tools in the past for surveys, but I'm impressed by how easy it was to set up and create a quick survey. It has plenty of features, and the surveys are easy to share. I just have positive things to say about it based on my short impression of the tool.

I think that the platform is great in concept. Surveys definitely do need an overhaul to be more effective for both the business and customers. Having the ability to interpret results and the following questions being based on previous answers will provide more honest insight for future business decisions for the company and the consumer. A platform such as Theysaid is the wave of the future.

From what I was able to observe, I did not see anything to dislike.

The language of the questions was natural and it allowed me to respond in my own words. the kinds of questions I was being asked actually inspired me to give a thoughtful response and it asked effective follow up questions without being tedious!

There wasn't much to dislike about it, everything felt very natural.

I see TheySaid getting me get meaningful feedback on what my users are actually thinking in their own words, and the quality of our responses going up tremendously. With the way the survey's are run we could also have much better completion rates and a higher changes of pinpointing trends in peoples thoughts and feelings.

I can see every kind of data about my survey, from how many users submitted their responses to where those responses are coming from. Theysaid.io goes in depth into every question that's on the survey, and lays down so much analytical data in a way that easy to read and study.

There are hardly any downsides except for a small learning curve that will take 5 minutes to use their platform. I appreciate the design for how rich it is.

The least helpful was that some of the different features weren't as intuitive. They could benefit from using a "information" button to provide more instructions or details on some of the features.

TheySaid is a very simple to use and intuitive platform that allows me to create survyes for product feedback and other business needs quickly and easily.  Getting started was super quick and didn't require much help from the company.  Support overall has been very good and considering that we use this multiple times per month for surveys it works really well.
