## About The Weekly Byte
The Weekly Byte is a lightweight competitor intelligence tool that delivers AI-synthesized weekly digests every Monday morning. Instead of manually checking competitor websites, LinkedIn, blogs, and news, users get a single email covering funding rounds, product launches, key hires, partnerships, and market moves — categorized, summarized, and ready to scan in five minutes. Users follow companies, organize them into competitive sets, and receive AI-generated landscape summaries that surface cross-company trends and patterns. The web dashboard provides browseable company profiles with full activity timelines, hiring trend tracking, and category-level filtering. The Weekly Byte replaces the DIY stack of Google Alerts, spreadsheets, and manual research that most founders, PMs, and operators currently maintain. It sits between free tools like Google Alerts (noisy, no synthesis) and enterprise CI platforms like Crayon or Klue ($12K–45K/year, built for sales enablement teams). Plans start at $15/month.

**What do you like best about The Weekly Byte?**

Very insightful information about early-stage competitors’ moves, which helps me stay well-informed when speaking with potential investors.

**What do you dislike about The Weekly Byte?**

I’d like a different layout for the dashboard that makes it easier to find the most useful information.

**What problems is The Weekly Byte solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting information about competitors takes far too much time, and when you don’t have that information, it can make you look unprepared in front of investors.
