**What do you like best about The Telephony Co.?**

I have been using The Telephony Co. for a while now, and it has been an amazing experience. My experience with 3cx is great, as the service works smoothly whether it is hosted on a remote server or installed in our local server, which gives us flexibility and extra security. One of my favorite thing about 3cx is how easily it integrates with other softwares such as Salesforce, so I can call clients directly from that platform without any hassle. Also, the customer support is always available to help out wherever needed, which makes everything even better.

**What do you dislike about The Telephony Co.?**

So far, I have not experienced any issues with The Telephony Co. I highly recommend their services.

**What problems is The Telephony Co. solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously, managing calls and keeping up with clients communication was tough. But with this system, everything is super organized and easy to manage. Now, I can quickly dial customers right from the tools I already use, and I don't have to worry about juggling between different platforms.
