It is often praised for its intuitive user interface that allows for simple implementation and does not require a large learning curve. The resources for implementation are numerous and clearly explains how to get started using the software for everyday use. The platform is adaptable and allows business owners to customize its abilities to integrate into their day to day operations without causing hiccups and other bottlenecks. In terms of customer support Digital Ark has a very knowledgable and responsive customer support team that caters to their clients in a timely and professional manner. It handled standard Mandarin well but constantly confused regional terms shared in my region in means that made the transcriptions wrong and tiring to deal with.
