prompt visibility of test cases done, outstanding test cases and direct lick to jira board when clicked on jira tickets links attached to a test cases makes my tracking and updating simple.

**What do you dislike about TestRail?**

speeds of test trail response atimes could be frustrating and they may not really the fault of test trail but may the the internet in my test lab.

It give a quick insight into the progress of my testing and easily visible/review by my test lead.

I have been using the enterprise version for over 4 years and I believe it covers all the requirements to implement the devised testing plan.

**What do you dislike about TestRail?**

As an administrator I would like to know which test run is access through which computer so that I know that the person assigned to the tesstrun is actually testing and the some other person testing the test cases on their behalf.

**What problems is TestRail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keep record of the regression cycles/happy path/targeted cycles is really helpful for me to cross verify which build had what issues

This is very easy to write and store test cases and organize them into different folders. We can create Test Run by simply selecting the test cases. It can be easily implemented.

**What do you dislike about TestRail?**

There are no dislikes about the tools for me

**What problems is TestRail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of maintaining test cases in Documents or Excel Sheets etc. And management of the test cases is easier and Creating Test Run is a very good feature I could say.

I like the API that allows me to connect test results via Code to TestRail as automation is added in the SDLC.

**What do you dislike about TestRail?**

It could use Javascript API support so that I don't need to use a third-party library to integrate my test results like the above statement.

**Recommendations to others considering TestRail:**

One thing that I wish TestRail would add is Javascript API support! Currently, I have to use a third-party library/package for this!

**What problems is TestRail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving the issue of tracking automated test runs for various software releases and keeping track of the results.
The benefit of the test suite and their test results/runs are great.

Easy to use and QA-friendly. A complete QA package. TestRail is indeed self-explanatory and needs no KT from your peers. Its drag-and-drop feature for test data management is excellent. The reports and their organizations are amazing. I don't see a reason to not use it.

There's not one, as Testrail is a full-fledged QA and Agile package

**What do you like best about TestRail?**

Ease of case creation and batch updates. Tool is relatively user friendly and you can get the job done on most cases relatively quickly. Implementation is fairly easy. We use it frequently in our test processes.

**What do you dislike about TestRail?**

The UI could be polished up a bit more but performance on reporting could be improved. Biggest problem is support for more integrations. Slack is very widespread at this point. Please add integration for it. Haven't had too much back and forth with their customer support so I can't comment there.

Managing test case groups and overall traceability of tests per function/software group.

I like the way we can schedule reports to send to higher management about test executions with those charts and diagrams.

Most often when we create reports and send them as an pdf attachments to the higher management who is not having testrail access then in those pdf's the charts and diagrams not visible.
I hope testrail team would work on this asap.

The limit of 150 characters per testcase.

The reporting could be enhanced by supporting more options based on date criteria (monthly, quarterly, yearly).

We can acquire deep insights into our testing progress and discover potential bottlenecks or areas for improvement by being able to generate extensive test reports and data. This feature is extremely helpful during project reviews and when interacting with stakeholders because it provides concrete evidence to back up our decisions.

Being able to manage tests cases, test runs and seeing status and history of test runs.

Not able to automate test runs. Still there are a lot of manual work to be done.

We are using TestRail as the our primary repository of test cases and test runs. We keep track of all test runs before each release
