"special review for test gorilla"
What do you like best about TestGorilla?

Today, with the rise of artificial intelligence, cheating during technical interviews has become increasingly common. That’s why I particularly value the use of platforms like TestGorilla.

They allow recruiters to truly assess candidates’ real skills through practical tests that are reliable and difficult to circumvent with AI.

In addition, the platform provides precise indicators and data-driven analyses of our performance, highlighting our strengths. It also helps us understand which fields best match our skill set. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TestGorilla?

Perhaps the duration needs to be adjusted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"BAD PRODUCT, TERRIBLE COMPANY - STAY AWAY FROM IT"
What do you like best about TestGorilla?

The idea that this product is aiming to solve Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TestGorilla?

This is one of the most frustrating SaaS experiences I’ve had in years.

TestGorilla presents itself as a transparent, customer-friendly product, but the reality is very different. The pricing and checkout flow are deeply misleading. What looks and feels like a monthly subscription turns out to be a locked-in annual contract, split into monthly charges — a distinction that is not clearly or responsibly communicated to users.

Once you realize this and try to cancel, you hit a wall.

Refunds are not an option AS A COMPANY POLICY. They literally force you to use their product(which rarely used as you'd like).

I’ve since discovered I’m far from alone — many users online report the exact same issue: sudden surprise in billing, trying to cancel, and being refused outright.

If you’re considering TestGorilla:

*Read every line of the checkout very carefully**

* Assume there is no flexibility, no goodwill, and no customer advocacy

* Understand that once they have your card, you’re locked in — whether you use the product or not

There are plenty of alternatives in this space. I strongly recommend choosing a company that values transparency, ethics, and long-term trust over aggressive billing tactics.

This experience alone is enough to make sure I never recommend this product — and actively warn others against it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
