What do you like best about Terryberry?

I like how easy the Terryberry platform is to use. I also value the new birthdays collection, the reporting features, and the rewards platform a lot. These features are important to me and I use all of them frequently. Switching to Terryberry from our homegrown platform was a positive change because Terryberry is user-friendly. The initial setup was very easy, thanks to working with Donna Belts, who was phenomenal in helping us get started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very unreliable service. The gifts are often underwhelming, and the quality does not justify the prices. The selection is fairly average, and shipping is unpredictable at best. Delivery times are excessively long from the date of order to arrival. Shipping costs feel outrageously high for the level of service provided. To make matters worse, customer service is disappointing and unhelpful when issues arise. Overall, I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
