The fastest response time — whenever something breaks, a real person picks up quickly and walks you through the fix without making you feel like you're reading from a script.

**What do you dislike about Tele-Support HelpDesk?**

The ticketing system feels outdated — tracking the status of an open issue requires too many follow-up emails instead of a simple self-service dashboard.

**What problems is Tele-Support HelpDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It keeps technical issues from derailing my workday — having reliable remote support means problems get resolved quickly without waiting for an on-site technician.

Best thing to manage the queries, it offers AI based tool help in easily provide the resolution

The information I plug in does not always stick, and the data is lost.

When I first signed up for the Tele-Help desk the information was to vague and there is not enough information to help you get set-up.
