**What do you like best about Tekiio?**

Their partners and senior consultants have good experience and provide good recommendations on configuring NetSuite to improve our business process. The cost of the project was better than what we estimated with other platforms and partners.

**What do you dislike about Tekiio?**

They have few senior consultants; they struggle to allocate staff properly since they are simultaneously working on several big projects. Their consultants work on several projects simultaneously, reducing their focus and efficiency. They show more interest in meeting their profitability plans than delivering the solution needed when complexity or effort results higher than expected. Costly rates for work out of the project scope and support plans.

**Recommendations to others considering Tekiio:**

Have a well-defined payment schedule based on milestones achieved. Lock the critical consultants assigned to your project so they are not assigned to something else when you need them the most. Negotiate the rates for work out of the scope in advance.

**What problems is Tekiio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are implementing NetSuite doing the configurations and developments needed; this implementation replaces own developed software and brings process clarity, efficiency and data visibility
