
Terillium has been in the JD Edwards space for many years. As a result, they have a strong and deep team combined with a methodology that helps us meet our business needs. They can provide answers and solutions to any JD Edwards questions that we have.
They utilize their full experienced team to help get the solutions to any issue we encounter or improvements that we would like to make. We feel that they really know JD Edwards and what it can and cannot do. They have seen a lot of scenarios with many different clients over a long timeframe.
I feel we have a very good "extended team" relationship where they are an extension of our internal JDE team. This helps augment with deep technical expertise and overflow work that we cannot handle on our own in a very flexible, responsive and agile manner.
The primary support team that I work with on an almost daily basis is top notch. They are very experienced with excellent communication skills and technical ability.
