The thing I appreciate most about Terillium beyond their wealth of knowledge and technical ability is their stellar teaching abilities. Sure there are times where we'll put in a one off ticket just for help editing a form or removing some stuck inventory, but they're always willing to explain what's happening and why so our team knows what's going on no matter how big or small the issue is. I'll also add that they've taken the time and effort to actually understand our business outside of NetSuite so they can better advise what would work best. To me the only downside of Terillium is the NetSuite users we have reserved for them. It's a choice we made to make it easier to work with them, and it has absolutely been worth it, but it does mean we have two more active user licenses than we otherwise would.
