I can easily say that their support team is one of the best teams I have worked with in the past couple of years. They are accommodating and polite and knows what their customer is asking, which is very rare nowadays. **What do you dislike about teamscope?** There are a few bugs here and there, but nothing major and almost all the time, the support team helped us with the bugs.
