**What do you like best about TeamPassword?**

The platform is simple and easy to operate within. Tagging by teams and the ability to add context to password sets has made permission sharing SO simple. Some of the other platforms I use for clients add additional levels of complexity that don't add security - and the UI has caused issues with onboarding others without peer help.

**What do you dislike about TeamPassword?**

It would be nice to get alerts for passwords that haven't been accessed for a year - so we can evaluate what should be cleaned up out of the account.

**What problems is TeamPassword solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have multiple clients with multiple platforms that we need access to across teams, having that information centrally and safely accessible is critical for saving time.

I like that I can organize my business passwords and grant access to certain individuals.

**What do you dislike about TeamPassword?**

I don't like how it not a browser based tool. Where it can fill in passwords automatically like Google. Instead its only accessed via website.

**What problems is TeamPassword solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows our business to share passwords without having to text them or email them or write them down.

Regarding the browser-based tool complaint, we have Chrome, Firefox, Mozilla, Edge, and Safari browser extensions. I've attached a link for the Chrome extension. If you use a different browser, please contact support@teampassword.com, and one of our support representatives can help you find the browser extension that works with your web browser of choice. Our browser extensions are by far the most popular way for users to access their TeamPassword accounts.

There's really not much I don't dislike about TeamPassword, it has been a lifesaver.

TeamPassword has helped with security as we don't need to write down passwords and we don't need to store them in documents that can be accessed.

I love the ability to click on the password that I need, which populates it or opens up the website.

I wish we were able to just keep it logged in for longer than the 30 days.

Remembering all of my passwords  and creating new ones! The beauty of TeamPassword is that it provides you password examples!

**What do you like best about TeamPassword?**

It is super intuitive, easy to start using, and the chrome extension is flawless and fast. After trying a few of the most known password managers for teams on the market, I am sure this is the best for distributed teams.

**What do you dislike about TeamPassword?**

By being so intuitive and easy to start, there is also a small trade-off of fancy (somewhat unnecessary) advanced capabilities such as dashboard views of all passwords. But I wouldn't even consider this a flaw... it is just no-frills.

**What problems is TeamPassword solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sharing critical clients' passwords with remote and highly distributed teams is exceptionally delicate, and TeamPAssword gave our team this seamless security and speed to share those details. Also, by being so intuitive, we never had incidents of colleagues being unable to use it correctly and quickly with almost zero training.

TeamPassword is very user-friendly and accessing my information is fast. It's a secure way to share access information with our entire team, including logins and other secure information.

**What do you dislike about TeamPassword?**

Quickly times out of sessions when I am logged in. However, I do appreciate the security behind this and it is something to easily work around.

**What problems is TeamPassword solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can quickly access all my passwords and saved info, so it's saving me time in my daily tasks. It also helps our team to be more productive by sharing login information with the rest of my team.

**What do you like best about TeamPassword?**

I like how quickly I can get the password entered into the page and get logged in and can instantly share new client passwords with my team.  I use the Chrome plugin to make this process so quick.

**What do you dislike about TeamPassword?**

There are only a few small dislikes with this app, and my issues may be resolved with adjusting how I am interacting with the app.  Sometimes I need the username and password to automatically fill in and then I need to copy the password as a verification before submitting a tax return but I have to navigate back to that specific password each time.

**What problems is TeamPassword solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to onboard a new client and my entire team have access to the necessary passwords to get their work done instantly, making the onboarding process so quick and easy.

I think the tiered system can make it a bit chaotic to find logins at times, but this is pretty negligible

TeamPassword is helping us securely keep our important password information in 1 easily accessible location for our entire Team.

Just wish there were more searchable fields, a way to catagorize passwords instead of just 1 large collective

We had an internal system that was not secure or accessible remotely. TeamPassword has solved our problems and allows us to keep everything we need in 1 place.

**What do you like best about TeamPassword?**

I like having the option to use the passwords I created or have TeamPassword generate them for me.  I just learned that I can set a reminder in the app to update my password, and I can't wait to use the feature.  When using the app at work, I like being able to share passwords with my co-workers.

**What do you dislike about TeamPassword?**

Having used TeamPassword at work and privately, I can't say there is anything I don't like about the software.  I haven't tried creating two personal accounts in the app, so if that's a problem, I'll let you know.

**What problems is TeamPassword solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TeamPassword solves the problem of storing my passwords on a note on my phone or on a piece of paper.  I feel like my passwords are secure, and I can conveniently access them in TeamPassword.

**What do you like best about TeamPassword?**

As a retail millwork and fixture estimator, it saves me a lot of time and keeps me bouncing from site to site, efficiently gathering information and cost. Compared to the competitor, hands down, they are #1!

**What do you dislike about TeamPassword?**

The only thing I dislike about TeamPassword is I don't have access to it on my personal computer (my company utilizes TeamPassword). It would be nice if TeamPassword were all on devices in use. Done!

It is creating efficiencies we would not have without its services.  Our quote throughput time has dramatically decreased,  thus allowing us to get more quotes done daily.

**What do you like best about TeamPassword?**

We have been using Teampassword since 2018, in our organization. Previously we had a small account of people. Now we are short below 150 Employees. Team Password helps us on daily bases to create strong passwords and share those with particular teams.  We are also flexible to create another group and share a particular account in a secure way with only the dedicated group members. Team Password helps us alot.

**What do you dislike about TeamPassword?**

At the moment we cant think about any downside. Teampassword is very valubale partner of our company. Teampassword helps us to exchange passwords within teams in a secure way.

**What problems is TeamPassword solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nowadays everything is digital. However there are multiple single accounts for particular service for one organization. TeamPassword alows us to create a secure password and share it with the team, which needs access to it.

**What do you like best about TeamPassword?**

Team password has been a lifesaver for our team. As we've grown keeping passwords organized and secure was extremely important. The google chrome extension makes using team password a breeze.

**What do you dislike about TeamPassword?**

The only thing that I don't like is that the chrome extension logs out daily. It's not fair to say that I dislike this function because it functions in this manner to keep things secure, which I understand.

Team passsword helps maintain a lot of passwords that will change frequently across a large remote team. It allows us to manage passwords by groups and teams!

The fact that we can save the password on a secure way, we don't have to remember them all and we are safe that team password is saving them all in a centralized way.

**What do you dislike about TeamPassword?**

Sometimes the two factor authentication delays the process but is useful in terms of security.

Having different accounts saved from my work, have the account email and password easy to access and also i am able to enter the credentials that my organization/company provides to me on an easy and secure way.

How simple the program is. The extension works well, it's so simple.

I don't see a downside to TP. I've been using it for over 4 years now in with the team and have no complaints.

It's a place with all passwords you may need. And I mean all. If you have any private passwords to save, use it. If you want to share with the team, use it. It's perfect and saves a lot of time.

I love the Chrome plugin for easy access to my passwords. It's perfect for when I am juggling a bunch of tabs.

It's too bad that you don't stay logged into the plugin, but I understand why it's set like this.

We have so many passwords across our company. Now when someone changes a password, they just update it in Team Password and everyone stays happy.

**What do you like best about TeamPassword?**

TeamPassword makes it very easy and convenient to store every password I need and share it across my team.  With other password management software, things could easily get lost, but TeamPassword makes it very convenient to find a password even if it is one that you had never put in.

**What do you dislike about TeamPassword?**

The only thing that I think needs some kind of improvement is the fact that you cannot change your personal password into your account after it has been created.  I understand why this may be a feature since it is a password to get access to other passwords, but with multiple methods of 2-factor authentication, it would be nice if you still had the opportunity to change your personal password even if you had to jump through multiple methods to do so.

The business problems TeamPassword is solving is keeping every important credential safe, secure and organized for everyone on my team to view.  There is no need for shared spreadsheets that could be easily accessed by another party or lost in a drive.  TeamPassword streamlines the process of locating and using a password for a team shared account.

I love that I can add and edit new passwords directly in the TeamPassword Chrome Extension. I used to use 1Password and their extension requires you to open a new tab. It's an extra step which is super annoying when trying to edit multiple passwords.

**What do you dislike about TeamPassword?**

TeamPassword is great for teams, but I wish there was a way to share passwords with a new user. It would be nice if they had 2FA as well (it kind of undermines the point of 2FA, but it would be a useful feature).

Managing passwords across specific teams (account teams), the trouble of updating and sharing passwords within teams, and how we track passwords from specific clients.

The groups system is good as well as the fact that they have a browser extension.

**What do you dislike about TeamPassword?**

The browser extension could do a lot more, it essentially just pushes to the site as I have to log in through google oauth every single time I use it.
The search is too specific and makes it difficult to find something you don't have the exact spelling of which is hard if you have many passwords stored.
The visual feel is quite dated.
There is no need for the strange box used to display the passwords. I would prefer to use more of my screen and display more information.

What I hate in Team Password is the layout. It looks very simple but maybe it was created to become user-friendly. If they can improve its layout or at least the color it will be attractive to our business.

i like how it stores all of our password in once space and its easy to jump from service to service using the same tool.

Most of our team is spread out accross the country and this tool makes it fast and easy to acess tools and systems.

One thing i dont like is how you log into the extention. When i log in, it opens up a new tab where i log in and find the passwords. from there i have to copy/pase the password. If i could log into the extension directly, then my passwords auto fill on the ame screen

The problem was having 100's of passwords for client account and not having a secure way to share them within the team.

I like how simple it is to add passwords but more importantly, sharing passwords is simple. You can share passwords and set it to make sure the other party can't copy or see the password.

I would say it's annoying that there's no autofill feature but that's honestly it. If they fixed that and created a setting where it would override Google autofill, the app would be perfect.

What I find the most helpful is being able to store all my passwords in one place and even creating random passwords that I cant even memorize and just have to remember only 1 master password.

There are some websites wherein the passwords are not auto populated even if it was already saved in the vault. Maybe something to do with the site's codes (Zendesk)

the issue of having passwords scattered all around
When onboarding newbie in businesses, there is not a need to give out password in an excel sheet/ consolidated document and miss out anything.

**What do you like best about TeamPassword?**

It's easy to use and it works great when you have a small team or organization! It's secure and the password generator makes it so easy to create unique passwords for every account!

**What do you dislike about TeamPassword?**

I don't really have any constructive feedback or negative aspects that I don't enjoy!

**Recommendations to others considering TeamPassword:**

Really assess what you need out of a password management software especially in large teams.

**What problems is TeamPassword solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem this solves for us is that our support departments often need access to the same platforms but we don't need different users just to pull reports. TeamPassword allows for us to put in all of those websites and apps that we use to track all of the different data we work with with in one convenient place. The other problem they have solved for us is now I can make our organization update their passwords every few months or so and now they have a way to create unique passwords and save them in a secure location! This allows us to always make sure we're doing everything we can to maintain high cyber security standards.

Team Password is very user-friendly and includes a widget for Google Chrome.

**What do you dislike about TeamPassword?**

It does not support a robust role functionality so it makes it difficult to adhere to the principles of minimum access.

**What problems is TeamPassword solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TeamPassword reduced the repeated requests for passwords or the need to reset forgotten passwords. It also ensures that our team uses more complex passwords.

I like that the software automatically directs you to the site, so there are less steps to login but still able to stay secure.

There's nothing I dislike about the product, its great.

**What do you like best about TeamPassword?**

I like that my company can keep the passwords for our shared accounts safe and accessible to everyone at the same time. I also like that I can have a private folder for all my own passwords that no one else can see.

**What do you dislike about TeamPassword?**

Hmm, this may be our fault, but it was hard to keep all the pws organized.. hard to find a specific password among tons of others.

**Recommendations to others considering TeamPassword:**

Organize your pws in folders by team.. Support, Product, etc

**What problems is TeamPassword solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's making sharing a password with someone safe. Before I always felt weird sending someone the login info to a shared account.. unsure if the info was safe.. I would send the pw in one non-descriptive email, and the username in another.. and then hoped they followed instructions and deleted them.. :P not efficient
