**What do you like best about Team 4?**

What initially drew us to Team4 was how focused they are on what they’re good at: building inbound engines. When we were looking for support, we found a lot of agencies would quickly steer the conversation towards paid activity, whereas we knew our immediate problem was organic visibility and awareness. Team4 were much more aligned to what we were actually trying to achieve.

I also really like their agile approach. We work in short cycles ourselves, so rather than starting with a huge project scope, we have a clear objective and then work together to identify the actions that are most likely to create value and move us towards it.

They are also really proactive in using AI as part of how they deliver the work. It’s not something they’ve bolted on, it’s genuinely part of their approach to building an inbound engine. That aligns really well with how we think about using AI ourselves, and I think it has helped us move at a pace that would be difficult to achieve otherwise.

But probably the thing I value most is the team themselves. Dan and Darren are proactive, knowledgeable and willing to challenge us. There are so many things we could be doing, so we need people who will say, "Yes, we could do that, but is it actually the best use of your time?" They genuinely take an interest in our business, ask the right questions and are always pushing us towards the next opportunity rather than sitting back and waiting for us to tell them what to do. They’re also just great people to work with, which makes a big difference.

**What do you dislike about Team 4?**

I wouldn’t say there’s anything I dislike about Team4, but one thing I think it’s important to understand is that you do need to contribute. Because they’re so proactive and genuinely interested in understanding your business, they ask the right questions and get you thinking deeply about things like your positioning, your audience and what you’re ultimately trying to achieve.

That can mean more internal work than you might initially expect, but I actually think that’s a good thing. These are things you should be thinking about when you’re undertaking a project like this anyway, and Team4 are very supportive in helping you work through them and making that process as easy as possible.

**What problems is Team 4 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We engaged Team4 because we were looking to significantly improve our inbound engine. We were evolving how we talked about our products and the problems they solve, but our website was outdated and wasn’t reflecting that new positioning.

We wanted to rebuild the website around our new messaging, while making sure the structure worked for both traditional search and the emerging world of agentic search. At the same time, we wanted to turn the website into a genuine inbound engine through better content and more targeted activity around our key audiences.

We didn’t have all of those skills in-house, so Team4 gave us the specialist expertise and the ability to move quickly. Within our first three months, we’ve seen a significant improvement in our visibility, which is helping to build awareness of Uniqodo in our target market.
