What I like most about Tealium is its ability to bring customer data from multiple sources into one place and make it actionable. It makes it easier to build unified customer profiles, create meaningful audience segments, and activate those audiences across different marketing platforms.
I also like the flexibility of its integrations and the ability to work with real-time behavioural data. From a marketing perspective, this is particularly useful because it allows teams to respond to customer behaviour more quickly and deliver more relevant and personalised experiences. One of the main challenges with Tealium is the learning curve. The platform is very powerful, but that also means some of the configurations and features can feel quite complex, especially when you are getting started. Troubleshooting data flows or understanding why certain audiences or attributes are not behaving as expected can also take time. I think a more intuitive user experience and simpler troubleshooting tools would make the platform easier to work with day to day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
