**What do you like best about tawk.to?**

The best part of this tool is it has completely free plan to all users. It is easy to use and setup takes minimum time. You can install on your website easily and it will go live immediately. You can customise the widget button as per your requirement. It allows to add unlimited agents under single account which is a best feature I found. Apart from that it has intuitive dashboard where you can track your website visitors and engage them with triggers. You can manage agents name, email address, images, designation from admin page. This is the best live chat tool I have ever used. It gives all the premium features without any cost. Canned responses, knowledgebase, multiple languages and many more features which make it unique. You can transcript the conversation to admin email address and customer email address. If you want to add live agents who will take care of your customers then they have best plans for that at very low cost. Another best part is they are upgrading their services day by day with new features for their users. This tool is compatible both in web and mobile devices. Agents can login their account from mobile app and chat with customers directly without any hassle. One more thing I like is their customer support. They have live chat agent who will resolve to your queries and they are much responsive.

There's nothing to dislike here as per my experience. I have found this tool very helpful for every businesses to get customer insights, live chat, etc. Plugin is easy to install and I have never faced any downtime with this tool.

This tool has lots of features which is not possible to describe in a short note. This tool provides all features for free. If you need any add-ons then you can get at low cost. I would recommend as this is the best I have ever experienced.

When our website required a live chat tool, I have tried most of the tools but I found this tool more useful. Because you can add unlimited agents without any cost and it is completely free. It helped us to track our website users and engage with them to acquire customers. It also allows to transfer files over chat, screen sharing, video and voice call features which made our support team more powerful and actionable.

**What do you like best about tawk.to?**

The best thing about the product is the plug and play model which allows even novice users to install this live chat software on their website with minimal efforts. The support provided by the team is very good and always ready to help. The analytics provided on the dashboard are very useful and helpful as it helps analyze the activity on the website

**What do you dislike about tawk.to?**

When there are more than 5/10 agents on the same website servicing customers, Tawk.to is less helpful as it starts to create problems with the tracking of agents and visitors on the website. The analytics also create some problems with tracking the metrics

**What problems is tawk.to solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem being solved is tracking customers and lead management, we are able to generate sufficient leads through the website and tracking customers also becomes very helpful as it provides email id's when the agents are not online. We have increased the leads tracking and conversion by almost 14% over the last year

**What do you like best about tawk.to?**

The Pricing is honest and straightforward. What's even better, There is a Free Plan with unrestricted access to almost all the features except Whitelabel.
Yeah, You heard it right! Almost all the features are available for free. On top of that, you can purchase add-ons as needed.

**What do you dislike about tawk.to?**

The UI is not up to par with other offerings in the market. It often feels like a lot of features are organized here and there, that doesn't make sense. That's not necessarily a bad thing for them at all. There's room for organizing various features to make it easier for end-users with no experience using these helpdesk solutions.

**What problems is tawk.to solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using tawk as a self-service help widget, Which got embedded on various portals (Teachers Portal, Students Portal) for them to search for the issues and get resolutions from the knowledgebase articles without the need of waiting for a support assistant to join.

Tawk helped us to save much in answering the repeated queries in the form of support articles with different portals. Where Other offerings would've charged for every other widget seperately.

I like the fact that it's free. You don't need to pay a subscription to use it. You can add multiple properties and manage chats from different websites. When you start using it with frequency, it works perfectly fine. And it has a knowledge base section where you can create FAQs or add information relevant to the company

**What do you dislike about tawk.to?**

I cannot think of something that I dislike from this app. Maybe the different tabs on the left are confusing at the beginning and it has some sections with settings that are also confusing

We can receive multiple chats from our client's websites in one place. The chats can be managed either from the app or from your email. Internal notes can also be sent to other coworkers.

The best part is that it's absolutely free, and it's a fantastic experience for a free conversation - you won't find a better option. You'll have to look elsewhere if you want to have or develop more complex discussion processes, or if you need any automation.

3) Easy guide provided for the integration

1) Reports section is minimal and does not provide all you need to monitor.
2) Customizing the report is difficult as it has predefined reports; however, for analysis as a manager, we would like to deep dive into reports, and it is not possible.

If you are a start-up and looking for a good chat tool to integrate it with your application, I would suggest tawk.to. Later you can buy agents from tawk.to company who will assist your customers in future at an affordable cost and lessen the hiring process.

It had knowledgebase where we can post FAQ and some extra informations. But it needs to be improved. It is totally free.

You are not able to add shortcuts to go to a title. You cant save the IP of visitor or ticket sender.

We can use it for free on our websites. Also, tawk.to provide us with an easy dashboard that's we can easily utilize. It's a secure platform. It's easy for the admin to add users. Also, it shows the customer text when writing which is the advantage for us to the fast conversation.

The best in the Tawk To is their software speed and user-friendly interface. It's effortless to use on our website, and the chat notifications are speedy. We can use this on our mobile also. If someone uses Tawk to on the website, we will get the notification within seconds in our account.

**What do you dislike about tawk.to?**

There is nothing that I dislike in Tawk to, but the one small issue that I faced is: if someone starts the chats on the website, the auto-reply will lag for 2 seconds. But this is not a big issue.  I am happy using the software.

The one thing that I recommend to Tawk to is to increase the speed of the auto-reply to the customers if they are live on the website. This is is not an issue. This is a slight recommendation from my side.

tawk.to provide us multiple advanced features like an end-to-end encrypted secure live chat support each and every feature comes for free. Website users easily can solve their queries with live chat. And also admin can make frequently asked the question and answer knowledge base page with tawk.to this features actually save lots of working efforts and this is the most effective way to provide support to end-users. The user easily explains their problem with the live chat agent also send us attachments which thing was too much helpful for faster resolution.

tawk.to is actually free but it's one of my favorite support tools. **What do you like best about tawk.to?**

Tawk.to was easy to implement into our client's WordPress website. We were able to test it out in the cloud, then finally go live on our site after the client approved the functions. It was also pretty easy to onboard the staff handling the incoming chats; Tawkto's simple interface made it easy for them to see the new conversations, and we were able to create a quick action that pushed the notification of a new chat to certain key players.

**What do you dislike about tawk.to?**

There are some slight hiccups with "ending" a conversation, as it isn't intuitive in the UI. Our CS reps tend to "Ban" an incoming chat person rather than closing the chat. The bright red "ban" button is more noticeable than the "close" button, so CS reps initially click that before ending the conversation.

Also, we had some slight issues with getting the page positioning correct, as it tended to take up a little too much space, but some custom CSS in the applet and on-site helped the two jive together better.

The product being sold is complicated, and many of the target customers need help from a sales staffer to complete the order. The chat allows site visitors to ask questions about the product. If through the course of the chat, it becomes apparent the user can't complete an order or quote request through the website, our CS staffers can push the customer to a Sales staffer to complete the order.

Whatsapp Integration could be a major plus which if added can really do well. Also adding different other channels like Facebook and Instagram could also relieve a lot of effort for an agent

There is no other product in the market in the support management provider niche that provides so many features free of cost.
You can do almost anything in the free version except removing Tawk branding.
You can add multiple agents,
You can change chat theme
You can set triggers etc

**What do you dislike about tawk.to?**

Once you buy it if you send an image then it opens a link to Tawk domain that lets people know that we are using Tawk but instead when we bought Tawk plan they promise   to remove branding.
It should also include Dialog flow

Tawk has helped me to attach live chat in my website within minutes.
Almost anyone without any technical knowledge can do it.
It has saved the cost and time of the development of real-time chatting for my website.

**What do you like best about tawk.to?**

This software has so many features that I can't believe it's free. It's simple to set up, you can change a lot of settings to match your preferences and needs and it's available on both an app for your phone and on your computer - so you can respond to messages on the go. The chat button that goes on your website is customizable and you can choose what hours/days of the week it's available. It's definitely improved our website being able to offer live chat on it with this software.

Being free, I'm very content with all they offer. If I had to point out something it would be the overall UX that's not so intuitive. It takes a little bit to find what you need and get used to it.

It's great to offer a live chat on my company's website with it. We sell online programs and people often wouldn't finalize their checkout as they had questions or concerns. This Chat software is free, and if you are new to e-commerce and can't afford to spend zillions on softwares, Then this is your go-to option. It serves the purpose and connects your customer to you.

There are many things I didn't like about this software. You can't monitor who is on your website in real-time. There are packages for everything. Automation is very limited or less. The customers who come on this chat don't get added to your Shopify or other lists.

if you are just looking for a simple free chat client, then use this as its free and  has good userfriendly dashboard

It works as a platform that offers an excellent chat system for your website, it has excellent functions to customize this platform in your own way, or to fully adapt it to your work system, to implement and use it is completely free, tawk .to provides you with the ability to track the actions of customers on your website, it really is excellent to increase sales and clarifying doubts to your customers is much easier through this platform.

I have been implementing it for a long time and I have not really found something that I can dislike about this platform, it is really fascinating that it has a completely free plan, and that it is very easy to use and implement software.

Tawk is one of the most intuitive software I've been introduced to in a while. Without prior experience with chat software, from the get-go, Tawk has won me. Setting up your account is nothing more than a few clicks, and, the most amazing part of it is being able to create as many personas as you want, and make them as different as you want them to be. You can be as private as you want, and still genuinely help users. 

While this might be the standard in the industry, having the ability to chat with up to four people at any given time and see what they are typing before sending the email, makes a world of difference in replying promptly and accurately. In the same vein, having information like location and email permits you to tailor the experience based to the users' needs.

Tawk makes it easy for you to send the transcript to the customer when they request it.

One of my utmost favorite features is being able to have your colleagues whisper (write replies that are not seen by the customer) to you on the same chat, join the chat as themselves or impersonate you. This has come in handy more than once.

While this might be related to my settings, there were a few times when I didn't receive notifications about a new chat, until after the customer has left it. This required a multi-step approach - emailing the customer to have the conversation.

I also see they have redesigned their knowledge base. I was disappointed to see it go, but now I see what they have done to it. I look forward to utilizing the feature again.

It's free. Seriously, not enough can be said about good free services. Aside from it being free integration is seamless, the UI is great and very easily adjustable. The ticket system has been a life saver for resolving customer issues.

Quick response is expected by visitors if they submit a query via a live chat, so be sure to respond promptly.  (The company offers their own agents to help at an extra cost, and it sounds attractive, but we have not used that service.)

Allow website visitors to initiate live chat when they have questions. So it serves both sales and customer support needs. It is also possible to open a chat at our end.

**What do you like best about tawk.to?**

Their support is excellent and engage well.
You can see a visitor's IP address so you have an idea where they come from and their history.

**What do you dislike about tawk.to?**

If you are inactive for a number of minutes (about 10) it will send a ring-ring to check you are online. Which, if you sit at your desk all day just doing other work with it on in the background, can be quite annoying. If they had a desktop app like eg dropbox has a toolbar extension, it would know you are online and could just refresh the update for you. 

Also if you are offline it displays as "offline" rather than just hiding altogether. But maybe that's me not putting the code in properly.

**What problems is tawk.to solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visitor engagement, online chat is a lower barrier to entry than a visitor emailing/phoning. 

But most people don't reply to a proactive message.
