TaskForge IT Reviews & Product Details

TaskForge IT runs an IT support business or internal IT department from one place, instead of five separate tools. A client calls and TaskForge already shows who it is (3CX/PBX caller ID). One click opens a job card with the client, site and priority filled in. It's assigned to the right technician, lands on their phone, and the timer starts on site or remotely. When the work is done, the client signs on screen. Time, travel and parts flow straight into the invoice, which exports to Sage or Xero. Built in: - Job cards and ticketing with priorities, due dates, sites, photos, activity history, job timer and e-signature sign-off - RMM: live CPU, memory and disk for every device, offline alerts and uptime monitoring that creates job cards automatically - TaskForge Connect remote access, one click from the job card or the RMM screen, with every session logged - Clients, sites and locations, with a client map and live technician map - Asset management with QR labels, handover forms and warranty tracking; stock with barcodes; encrypted credentials vault; licence tracking - Quotes, sales orders, purchase orders and job invoices with labour, travel and parts; billing terms and credit control; Sage and Xero export - Calendar, leave and HR, expense claims, vehicle fleet and travel costing, knowledge base, AI assistant and WhatsApp updates - Apps: Windows Technician app that keeps working offline, Android mobile app for technicians, and an End User app so your clients log their own tickets with screenshots Your data runs on your own TaskForge server (Windows or Linux, including Raspberry Pi), or we host it for you at yourcompany.taskforge-it.co.za. Every module can be switched off, so the screens only show what your team uses. Priced in South African rand, paid through PayFast, with local support. Free 14-day trial with every feature unlocked and no credit card required.
