TaskForge IT runs an IT support business or internal IT department from one place, instead of five separate tools. A client calls and TaskForge already shows who it is (3CX/PBX caller ID). One click opens a job card with the client, site and priority filled in. It's assigned to the right technician, lands on their phone, and the timer starts on site or remotely. When the work is done, the client signs on screen. Time, travel and parts flow straight into the invoice, which exports to Sage or Xero.
