Since the Tanzu is part of the existing vsphere solution , it is easy to manage for the admins , TMC tool for tanzu administration is made in such a way that admins can easily understand it to create & manage the k8s clusters. Creation & administration of RBAC is so simple via TMC. Tanzu implementation is so complex , may be it's my own point. Since we struggle to implement. TKGs is so simple to implement but TKGm is very complex , even after 6 months of struggle we couldn't implement & we dropped it ( even we have vmware support). The vmware tanzu support is not so great. For any tanzu issues they take more time to resolve. And faced couple of tanzu issues which doesn't have any solution except to recreate the k8s cluster. It's been an ideal option for me, enabling the platform to deploy the application successfully on a wide scale with consistent Kubernetes quality, giving me the advantage of having Multi-cloud Kubernetes management and End-to-end connection and security.

It's a really good platform, but when compared to other cloud solution providers, users don't always choose it first. In my experience, too, integration isn't as good as when using cloud providers like AWS and Azure, though synchronization with Kafka might be a little simpler.
