For those who manage large recruiting firms, it is not scalable for them. The quality of work provided by some recruiters is not good. The pricing was simple as well and seems like friendly to be used. **What do you dislike about TalentRun?** It's a bit complicated to be used at the beginning but once you start getting a hang of it, it was easier. **What problems is TalentRun solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is able to scan, grade resumes based on the job description and using LLM. It is heading in the right direction and helping us scale by grading resumes without us reading it. ### 3. With the help of AI, all the resumes submitted by users pass through a screening process where the resumes that meet the recruiter's requirements get selected and passed to them, reducing the recruiters' time.
