We were able to send creative briefs, receive custom content, and handle payments all within a single platform. It was full-featured enough to cover our core use case without requiring additional tooling or workarounds. The speed to market was a huge win for our team. Customer support was also stand-out amazing. I always got help when I needed it—and it was fast, thoughtful, and highly effective. **What do you dislike about TalentPools?** For the price point it was disappointing that API access wasn't included. That limited our ability to automate or extend the platform, and it felt like we were overpaying for something that didn’t scale with our needs. I know API access was available at a higher tier, but at that level of spend, it felt like it should’ve been included. In the end, we didn’t end up needing the integration, so you actually saved me from building something unnecessary—but I’m sharing the feedback in case it’s helpful. **What problems is TalentPools solving and how is that benefiting you?** Talentpools enabled us to quickly establish a network of farmer content creators who we could solicit and pay for content. ### 2. You deal directly with senior people who are flexible and responsive. They go above and beyond in delivering on their promises. Implementation was quite simple. **What do you dislike about TalentPools?** The product isn't as slick or nimble as it could be, but that is part of the tradeoff betweena more expensive, complex, and longer to develop platform and using TalentPools. **What problems is TalentPools solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a platform where contractors could post their profiles and showcase thei talent and companies looking for talent could post project-based and fulltime jobs, as well as an environment where the two paties could interact and handle payments. That is the core of our business model and TalentPools was the core of the process. ### 3. The team is great, super responsive and vested in my success. **What do you dislike about TalentPools?** Like all SAAS products it has a point of view on certain workflows so I needed to adapt my solution. **What problems is TalentPools solving and how is that benefiting you?** When faced with a choice of building from scratch, extending a WP plug-in or using TalentPools, the choice was easy. The product is mature. The team is vested in your succcess. The cost is much more economical than other options. ### 4. Whitelance can support customizations but you need to be aware of what you will need to customize and what will be a nice to have. **What problems is TalentPools solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have been able to launch our talent marketplace fast and it enables us to iron out pain points for our users like payment, terms, and finding jobs. ### 8.
