I find Talent Pronto very easy to use. It's so efficient that we barely have to log in; it practically runs on autopilot. The only time we log in is when we need to grab our applicants and fill a role, which is a huge help. I also like the shortlisting feature, as it allows us to view our applicants in-depth, see their chats, and understand how their responses were scored. This helps us ensure that we get highly qualified applicants filtered based on their experience. The initial setup was really easy, with a simple onboarding flow that didn't take much time at all.
