"Anna Makes Candidate Screening Easier and More Efficient"

What do you like best about Talent Pronto?

We’ve been using Anna for our hiring process, and overall the platform has been very easy to use. Creating a position and getting everything up and running is straightforward, and there have only been a few occasions where we needed assistance.

One of my favorite things about Anna is the way she conducts interviews. She doesn’t rely on the same standard list of questions for every candidate. Instead, based on how someone responds, Anna can ask additional or follow-up questions. I really appreciate this because it helps us gather more detail about a candidate and their experience than we might get from simply reviewing a resume.

Anna also scores each interview, which is useful when we’re reviewing and comparing candidates. When deciding who to move forward with, we can consider both the candidate’s responses and their interview score. The platform can also flag when responses may have involved the use of AI, which gives us another piece of information to weigh when evaluating an interview.

What do you dislike about Talent Pronto?

The biggest learning curve for us was making sure we set up the job correctly from the start. You really have to think through what you’re looking for so Anna can focus on the right things and deliver the quality of candidates and the information you need. What problems is Talent Pronto solving and how is that benefiting you?

Talent Pronto helps us manage the time-consuming first stage of the hiring process. Rather than relying only on resumes to decide who should move forward, Anna adds another layer of insight through candidate interviews.

The interview responses, follow-up questions, scoring, and other information Anna provides make it easier to narrow down the applicant pool and identify which candidates we want to spend more time with personally. What do you like best about Talent Pronto?

I find Talent Pronto very easy to use. It's so efficient that we barely have to log in; it practically runs on autopilot. The only time we log in is when we need to grab our applicants and fill a role, which is a huge help. I also like the shortlisting feature, as it allows us to view our applicants in-depth, see their chats, and understand how their responses were scored. This helps us ensure that we get highly qualified applicants filtered based on their experience. The initial setup was really easy, with a simple onboarding flow that didn't take much time at all.
