Talecto fits that reality. The automated resume parsing is genuinely accurate when it comes to
evaluating technical profiles. It extracts relevant skills and experience and scores candidates against
the role without us having to define complex filters manually. The pipeline tracking keeps the whole
team aligned on where each candidate stands without anyone needing to send status update emails.
The scheduling module connecting directly to our calendars removed a lot of back and forth that was
slowing down our process. Predictive insights have also been useful for making faster hiring decisions
with more confidence when evaluating candidates at a similar level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Reporting could be more granular. We would find value in custom report exports that let us slice hiring
data by source, role type, or time period without having to pull it manually. It is a minor point but
