System Frontier is like a proxy server for admin rights. It enables organizations to empower IT support staff with delegated, fine-grained permissions to manage systems and execute automation tasks. Using a real-time web console, help desk staff, developers, vendors or any other support personnel can safely manage servers, workstations, network devices, user accounts and anything with an API, without agents or complicated user interfaces.

**What do you like best about System Frontier?**

very easy to setup and use. A wide range of functionality & reporting

**What do you dislike about System Frontier?**

there is nothing I dislike about this product. we would like to see functionality to manage SQL agents jobs included but that is only a nice to have

**What problems is System Frontier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The product has allowed to delegate server privileges to the application  development teams. this has greatly increased the productivity of the teams as they can now manage resources on the servers without having to engage the server team.
