## About Sysfore Technologies
Dynamics 365 will include Dynamics 365 Financials for Business, a comprehensive accounting and business management solution for SMBs. That offering is currently in preview in the US and Canada. With the launch of the Business edition of Dynamics 365 in the Spring of 2017, Microsoft is making a commitment to focus on the specific CRM needs of SMBs. In Spring, Microsoft shall launch Sales and Marketing applications for the Business edition. Sysfore would continue to work on the Dynamics 365 platform to add more features and capabilities to bring an industry focused solution set, which could be implemented in a shorter timeframe for its customers.

**Describe the project or task Sysfore Technologies helped with:**

enhanced features from previous versions which significantly stand out are option set list and activity timeline integrated in unified user interface

**What do you like best about Sysfore Technologies?**

lots of features but some of them truly standout: customizable navigation, options view timeline filtering improve usability . also user interface is consistent across web based, client and mobile applications

**What do you dislike about Sysfore Technologies?**

initial beta version was took a little more time to load data across applications. Microsoft has worked towards improved performance but there is still way to go

**What problems is Sysfore Technologies solving and how is that benefiting you?**

consistency across view of sales and opportunity dashboard, performance improvement in context of API extension and connectivity of D365 with other DB's
