What do you like best about Synergis Adept?

The most impressive part of joining the Synergis Adept family is the multi-level support that comes with the package. My department adopted administrative responsibilities for a system that had been in place for at least a decade, and serviced multiple departments. The Synergis team guided us through every step of the process, including the training for users and admin. The migration time was impressive and the process was comprehensive. What do you dislike about Synergis Adept?

What do you like best about Synergis Adept?

I like that the software is user friendly. It doesn't take a lot of time to get users familiar with the software and off and running. I also like that the system can be configured to suit your needs. Also, I like the fact that data can not only be extracted from your documents, but it can also be pushed into your documents. I also like the fact that this software can be integrated with Autodesk products. Customer support has always been great, whether it be user issues or product upgrades. What problems is Synergis Adept solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have one group that works on projects for multiple locations. Having a way to search for documents related to each facility is a must have. Document control was a big issue for us. Also being able to give access to our files to users at the remote locations was a big plus for our group as well. The remote sites can keep files up to date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
