Images, lineart, videos, pdf files for printed matter etc. All these assets can be managed easy in Syncforce. For images different variants and filetypes are generated and for videos and printed matter localizations can be added. If one of our dealers is looking for an image I can easy send them the digital asset number so they can find what they are looking for. **What do you dislike about SyncForce Circular PIM?** The selection part is something I hardly use... easier to mail somebody with the digital asset number/ **What problems is SyncForce Circular PIM solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is ppssible to link Digital Assets to a product and define who is able to see these assets. We use SyncForce every day for updating our product data of at least 8500 uniek products. All assets, specs, textroles, product development at one place makes SyncForce a uniek PIM system. SyncForce will seamlessly integrate with your ERP system and tons of other possibilities. The user interface is very friendly and makes using SyncForce on a daily basis a fun job! With a lot of knowledge the customer support is handson and straigt to the point. Users are also involved with new developments trough user groups for your specific field of work, this makes new ideas accessable and reviewable for all users. **What do you dislike about SyncForce Circular PIM?** At this point I don't have any dislikes about SyncForce. **What problems is SyncForce Circular PIM solving and how is that benefiting you?** Solving a problem is not how I would describe the use of SyncForce, for me it is the best way to have all of the productinformation at one place. ### 3. There is a standard tool available, but it is very limited in its capabilites. Categorizing products and/or Digital Assets to proposition(s) is not user friendly and very time consuming. Due to limited available capacity within the SyncForce company improvements and/or requests take a lot of time before they are implemented. I use SyncForce on a daily basis and the platform is also continuesly being improved with new features (based on input from users, but also for example based on legislation regarding productdata). **What do you dislike about SyncForce Circular PIM?** The limited DIY possibilities regarding configuration and/or tweaking the system. These kind of changes must go through SyncForce and/or an implementation partner, which can be sometimes time consuming. **What problems is SyncForce Circular PIM solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having all the relevant Digital Assets and Product Data available in one system, which can be used internally and also externally (by connecting the available datapool to other data channels). All our products, specs, images, manuals etc are in the PIM. The programme is easy to use and looks very user friendly. The hardest part is collecting all the information you want in your system and connecting the images to the right product. I use it multiple times a week and our clients have access to the system and they can download images themselves. **What do you dislike about SyncForce Circular PIM?** The main downside of the PIM is that it is not possible to download the product information that is in the system. We get a lot of request from clients to sent them for example the logistical information. It's all in the system, but you can't download it or if a client is logged in, they can't download it themselves. **What problems is SyncForce Circular PIM solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used to have multiple excel sheets with product information. Everybody was creating their own and nobody knew if the information was correct. Now we have everything in 1 place. ### 6. Products and digital assets can be linked to eachother in multiple ways. Automatic calculation of attribute values. Bulk updates for attribute values. Automatic generation of multiple digital asset file types. Automatically generated campaign pages. They work with a proactive and professional implementation partner (Acterus). **What do you dislike about SyncForce Circular PIM?** New attributes can nog be added by yourself. Translatation possibilites for product data and meta data.
