We drive higher conversion rate thanks to their product and expertise. We craft testing hypothesis together and they implement these. We then review the results together, iterate if needed and implement with the Tech team. We have easily increased conversion rate by 20-50% this way over the past 12 months. I wish that you could see more KPI:s for example order size increase if you are having a webshop. I know it's possible in GA but have not seen it in the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
