**What do you like best about Symbo?**

Symbo has enabled our BDRs to pursue prospect conversations at scale, with very little time needed to get set up for a dialing session. In practice, it takes under two minutes for a professional to open all the necessary windows and start prospecting without interruptions for as long as they want. This is especially important for BDRs working across multiple client assignments (we’re an agency). This functionality allows for exceptionally timely follow up calls across partners, timezones, etc.

**What do you dislike about Symbo?**

There is nothing to dislike. If you are building pipeline the right way, you need a tool like Symbo.

**What problems is Symbo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before we adopted this, we were using a list-driven power dialer. One of those that calls four prospects at a time. While that approach can work well for B2C, and even for some B2B use cases, we felt we were leaving conversations on the table because simple answering machines and automated reception tools were being classified as pickups. With this instead, we can dial at scale in sequence, prioritizing the lifecycle stages we want to focus on at a given time of day.
