**What do you like best about SweetHawk?**

SweetHawk does everything that Zendesk doesn't. SweetHawk handles lists and approvals and it helps us run our IT effectlvly.

**What do you dislike about SweetHawk?**

If you turn off SweetHawk or let the trial expire it can break your ZenDesk.

**What problems is SweetHawk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ZenDesk does not do checklists or approvals. SweetHawk fills in the gaps in ZenDesk.

**What do you like best about SweetHawk?**

Their customer support is not outstanding. The software is non user friendly. The integration options are not impressive which does not allowing me to seamlessly connect with my business tools.

**What do you dislike about SweetHawk?**

I am a bit disappointed with SweetHawks customer service. They tend to have slow response times. Their representatives aren't always helpful. Furthermore the software lacks features, which limits its functionality. In addition to that the pricing is, on the side compared to their competitors.

**What problems is SweetHawk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SweetHawk is not tool that integrate smoothly with Zendesk solving the problem of customer support. With their user interfaces and intuitive features. SweetHawk is not able to simplify ticket management, routing and automation processes. This has decreased my business growth.

**What do you like best about SweetHawk?**

First, I like that implementing SweetHawk is easy and it comes with lots of helpful features
The software integrates seamlessly with other tools such as Zendesk and makes boosting business productivity easy
Using it is straightforward and it is cost effective making it ideal for business use.

**What do you dislike about SweetHawk?**

With SweetHawk, there has been nothing to complain about and it is very useful.

We have used it to better productivity and works well with Zendesk

**What do you like best about SweetHawk?**

Even though it is not the user friendly their customer support team is incredibly helpful. The notifications can get a bit overwhelming. Overall I dont have any complaints, about the integration.

**What do you dislike about SweetHawk?**

The lack of instructions lor tutorias makes it difficult to fully utilize all its features. It shows potential, for automation.

**What problems is SweetHawk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With its user interface and powerful features it has significantly improved our workflow to provide customer assistance. Our company has experienced a rise, in customer contentment.

**What do you like best about SweetHawk?**

Not only do they already have just about everything you might need when working with Zendesk, but their team is also very receptive to feedback, and often make changes based on what their customers are saying.

**What do you dislike about SweetHawk?**

Nothing really - only that they raise your expectations for applications and support that often other companies cannot match!

**What problems is SweetHawk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They have helped us integrate Google Calendar into Zendesk, allowing for the scheduling of ticket tasks and changes seamlessly.  They have also given us functionality like Approvals on Zendesk tickets, Tasklists attached to tickets which includes sub tickets, and Recurring tickets.

**What do you like best about SweetHawk?**

We use 6 sweethawk apps and love them all but I personally use reminders the most as its helps me manage my customer support flow best

**What do you dislike about SweetHawk?**

Not a lot. They work solidly and seem like they are a part of Zendesk

**What problems is SweetHawk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sweethawk helps us keep on top of a busy volume of support tickets by giving us the additional tools to manage client expectations

I love the automation aspect. It saves time and brain toil

I don't think it is the easiest to use. I found it confusing to set up a ticket and to edit existing ones

SweetHawk is helping build automation in ZenDesk tickets. It benefits me by saving time building re-ocurring tickets

**What do you like best about SweetHawk?**

Using the sweethawk field conditions app has allowed my team to triage information and label categorization sfor incoming support tickets. When tracking support inquiries back to root causes, this has been very helpful.

**What do you dislike about SweetHawk?**

there has not been very much in terms of user documentation when first using their app indetegrations for zendesk. However, contacting the customer support team has been helpful to answer the questions necessary.

**What problems is SweetHawk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sweethawks fiiel docnditions app has allowed my team to triage and assign support ticket sin Zendesk appropriate conditions that follow a logical format for categorization.

**What do you like best about SweetHawk?**

Setup is not hard to learn, even if you're not very tech-savvy.  And day-to-day use is very easy!  We use SweetHawk Tasks and SweetHawk Reminders.  

**What do you dislike about SweetHawk?**

I would say I'm beginner-tech-savvy, but I haven't really had any complaints about the integration/software itself.  We were able to get it set up to do what we needed it to do and so far have not run into any problems or significant glitches.

**Recommendations to others considering SweetHawk:**

We use SweetHawk Tasks and SweetHawk Reminders within our Zendesk Support.  They are both very valuable tools and integrating them has been seamless and problem-free.  The products probably have even more potential than what we are using them for, but even for the very basic use we get out of them, they are great tools for us to help support our customers better.

**What problems is SweetHawk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SweetHawk is helping us to bring consistency and thoroughness to our processing of routine requests (via SweetHawk Tasks) and preventing requests that aren't immediately solvable from slipping through the cracks.  Our Agents love and have come to depend on Reminders in particular.
