We really didn't have anything we disliked other than options for more suitable backgrounds. That might be completely on us for lack of knowledge or not available at a lower price level. What I like best about SurveySparrow is how easily and quickly you can make a customized survey that is attractive and makes your targets want to answer! Many of the features (bulk questions, how to layout the questions, move them around, add logic) are common to other survey applications. However, the facilities for making it look "fun," the facilities for adding your own background / logo to make it look "yours" - they are superior to what I have used before. AND their sales team? The only thing I dislike about SurveySparrow, I dislike about all Survey apps. Will the survey give us the information we seek? I guess on this one for me, this time, the jury is still out. Triggers are not written well (no batching) and can cause issues in the Salesforce Org. Have to reconnect to Sandbox to make changes and then redeploy the triggers which is a pain and you lose the Prod connection while doing it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are many features that can help us gain insight in different ways with useful workstreams/workflows to help make use of the information gathered. User management is also fairly simple as the administrator and they were good to work with us around gaining the right cybersecurity credentials to get past our compliance and IT teams. For participants with weak internet connection, when they refresh the page, all the information that has been placed disappears.
