## About Surveys for Slack
Surveys is a multi-question survey app for Slack that lets teams collect structured, optionally anonymous feedback without leaving their workspace. A survey is created in the Slack App Home, sent to a channel or by direct message, and answered in a modal inside Slack, with no new tab, login, or separate account. Responses collect in a web dashboard where each question gets a chart matched to its type. Surveys is used by managers, team leads, and People/HR teams for engagement and eNPS pulses, sprint retrospectives, manager and 360 feedback, onboarding and exit check-ins, meeting and offsite planning, and tool or process evaluations. A gallery of 34 ready-made templates covers the most common of these, and any survey can be edited before it is sent. - Six question types in a single survey: free text, single-select, multi-select, NPS, yes/no, and a 5-point agree/disagree scale. - Anonymous responses with a k-anonymity guardrail that hides results below three respondents, so quieter team members can answer candidly. - Recurring weekly, monthly, or quarterly surveys that plot each round over time, with automatic reminders to people who have not responded. - A results dashboard with per-question charts, trends across recurring runs, optional result sharing, and CSV export. - Enterprise Grid support. Surveys is priced as one flat rate per workspace, based on the number of people who respond rather than total workspace members or the number of senders, and every feature is included on every plan. Each workspace gets 30 days of full access with no credit card, and teams of 10 or fewer respondents stay free.

**What do you like best about Surveys for Slack?**

The tool is easy to set up; even non-technical staff can figure it out in minutes. You don’t need to hire an expert or spend hours—or even months—trying to understand how it works and get everything configured. I also appreciate how user-friendly it is for survey participants.

**What do you dislike about Surveys for Slack?**

You can only schedule surveys and create exports if you’re on a paid plan. Most features are free for a small team or less, but for a larger team, each user is charged at least $1 per month.

**What problems is Surveys for Slack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can schedule and export surveys, which means survey creation can be automated. This saves us time and lets us focus on other important tasks. Aside from that, it also comes with different question types and templates, which makes it easier to build surveys quickly.
