**What do you like best about SurveyLoom?**

SurveyLoom helps us to create and implement a fully fledged survey with a customisable interdace that can be shared with customers in a couple of minutes.
It gathers all the insights and generates as an analytics report in multiple types of templates offered straight out of the box.
It also leverage AI to find the common response patterns across a survey.

**What do you dislike about SurveyLoom?**

An in-built bulk messaging feature would have been helpful, but this can be solved by intgerating it with any other existing 3rd party solution.

**What problems is SurveyLoom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For our monthly releases and new products released at our organization, we required a solution to get feedback on the new features being added and its stability, this was addressed with the help of SurveyLoom
