**What do you like best about Sureshot Connect?**

It is excellent to know that your output is not only going to be received but will also be personal.  One of our top priorities is having a healthy customer-to-business relationship, and this tool helps us shape that relationship.

**What do you dislike about Sureshot Connect?**

One of our goals is to create automatic systems - self-sustaining structures (at least to a point.)  Because we are new to how this works, we are still working on optimizing Sureshot's interface - no complaints thus far.

**What problems is Sureshot Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have many customers that require personalized messaging.  Sureshot allows us to set up the mapping and tracking of our communication easily.
