I like the qualitative and quantitative reports that come with an action plan. UI is straightforward and easy to use. **What do you dislike about SupplyHive?** Nothing specific but if I have to pinpoint it will be the design of the app. It can sometimes feel a bit old. Nevertheless easy to use so no complaints as such. **What problems is SupplyHive solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps us with real-time procurement status which helps us make decisions. that puts us in a strategic spot rather than reactive towards our suppliers. It has also helped us negotiate contracts better since we have good data about our suppliers. ### 2. They have expertise in this field....and with that best results are delivered to the customers. **What problems is SupplyHive solving and how is that benefiting you?** Choosing a right supplier for the job is a difficult task at hand. Substandard & inadequate company can give setback to your company but when you have reviewed the supplier from supplyhive you know that nothing is hidden and we know everything about the supplier which makes life easier. ### 3. Like YELP but for my suppliers. **What do you dislike about SupplyHive?** Absolutely nothing....awesome product and great implementation team, plus looking forward to the mobile app launch. **Recommendations to others considering SupplyHive:** Download the mobile app as soon as it is available. **What problems is SupplyHive solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used to manage all of our supplier reviews in spreadsheets, sine we started using SupplyHive, all supplier performance is online and available for my entire company to see. We now have one place to see the highest performing suppliers. ### 4.
