It does a great job filtering out harmful Meta comments while making it simple to keep replies on-brand, even at high volume, without a lot of manual work. The team is also very responsive and easy to communicate with. **What do you dislike about Superpower?** Not much honestly. Analytics could probably be a little more detailed but it's not something my company needs at this stage so I'm 100% happy with everything. **What problems is Superpower solving and how is that benefiting you?** Superpower solves the challenge of managing large volumes of social comments without risking brand safety or spending hours doing it manually. Before, it was hard to keep up with everything, especially filtering out harmful or irrelevant comments while still responding quickly and staying on-brand. Now, it automates a big part of that process. Harmful comments get handled, and replies stay consistent and aligned with our tone of voice, even at scale. It’s saved us a lot of time and made community management much more efficient, while also protecting the brand. ### 2.
