**What do you like best about Respondology?**

The comments and reply section is incredibly easy to use. I can see all comments, filter to different platforms, filter to specific dates etc. It's also incredibly useful that not only can you be taken directly to the post the comment was left on our Facebook and Instagram pages, but also see the parent comment to replies. I find that most of the time the performance is good, and I can complete my allotted work effectively.

**What do you dislike about Respondology?**

While the overall site is easy to use and navigate, I do find that there are sometimes issues with not being able to click on specific dates meaning I can't see comments from the days I need to. Also, when hiding or unhiding comments, there is quite a delay between clicking the button and the status changing meaning I'm waiting a while to go to the next page due to not wanting to lose the progress. Whilst this isn't a major issue, if it were a faster response, I could complete my work more efficiently.

**What problems is Respondology solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having all comments from all platforms in one place is incredibly beneficial to time and therefore money. As the community manager, I can go to comments quickly, reply to them more effectively, and make easily make note of how many comments we've had and the general sentiment, so I can relay this information back to the wider team with confidence. For our client in The Army, comments tend to be on the more negative side due to the nature of the roles, having Respondology means I can hide those negative comments quickly, before they have the chance to be seen by the masses.

**What do you like best about Respondology?**

What I like best about Respondology is how it takes the stress out of managing social conversations at scale. The ability to automatically monitor and filter comments—especially by hiding negative or harmful ones—helps keep our brand presence positive without requiring constant manual oversight. It also feels like the platform is always evolving; they consistently roll out new features based on real user needs, which makes it clear they’re listening and committed to improving the experience.

**What do you dislike about Respondology?**

I'm not as in tune with the dashboard and I'm fairly unfamiliar with how to adjust keywords within the platform. With that being said, the team is very responsive and willing to help adjust when needed. I also wish there was a way to automate performance reporting for more consistent leadership shareouts, to help prove the ROI of the partnership.

**What problems is Respondology solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Overwhelming comment volume: As a brand with a fairly large following across multiple channels it can be hard to manually review everything in real time.

2. Negative or harmful content: Spam, offensive language, or hostile comments could damage our brand perception if they stay visible too long.

3. Time and resource drain: Manually moderating comments takes a lot of time from our small social team.

**What do you like best about Respondology?**

I’ve had a very positive experience using Respondology. The platform makes managing online conversations feel effortless, especially when it comes to filtering out harmful or unwanted comments. It’s intuitive and reliable, and it has genuinely helped me create a more constructive, engaging environment for my audience. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their social media interactions.

Unfortunately, the website’s interface can be tricky to use at times, and it isn’t always as intuitive as I’d expect.

Respondology is constantly monitoring and filtering comments across our social media channels, which has improved our overall presence and, at times, reduced the amount of negativity we’re used to receiving. People also seem more inclined to create content for us, knowing we have the safety net of moderation in place. The AI tools have also saved us a lot of time.

**What do you like best about Respondology?**

I use Respondology for automated community moderation of brand social accounts and community insights. Respondology saves a lot of manual time and effort by automatically removing harmful, damaging, political, inflammatory, and hateful speech from our brand accounts. I like how easy it is to set up and run automatically without needing constant supervision and oversight. It's simple to set up for each brand account and train the AI level of protection to the individual nuance of each brand, which saves a lot of extra time and headache. The platform works really well and is very intuitive. Very simple, the team guided us and it was a very quick and simple setup. I would definitely recommend Respondology, likely about a 9.

**What do you dislike about Respondology?**

I think it would be great to have it integrate with some other reporting dashboards like Traackr and Sprinklr. That would be helpful for wider reporting purposes.

**What problems is Respondology solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Respondology to automate the removal of harmful comments from brand accounts, saving manual review time and ensuring faster moderation. It's easy to set up and adapt to each brand's needs, reducing community manager workload and providing instant protection.

**What do you like best about Respondology?**

The platform allows us to create a brand safe and enjoyable community in our social comments with a higher engagement rate. The three levels of moderation grant an incredible amount of customization while saving time. Truly the moderation and insights increase the baseline functionality of community management for my team. The user interface is exceptional and the value of updates the team provides constantly make the ROI incredibly easy to justify.

**What do you dislike about Respondology?**

The web based platform is very thorough but can be challenging. The customer support team provides training support but there is room for improvement on usability. A mobile app would also be very helpful as well.

**What problems is Respondology solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is impossible to police such a huge volume of comments with a viable social media team size so the platform is truly allowing us to provide a higher tier of community management, letting our managers focus on positive engagement while negativity and spam are already handled. The reporting gives us much greater insights into our comments and community engagement than the social platforms do, providing sentiment and audience data that helps us with performance and insights.

The lower cost and X coverage also stood out as key reasons for switching to Respondology, making it a more affordable solution for us. Additionally, I found the initial setup to be very easy, which was a relief. Overall, these aspects make Respondology a valuable tool for our needs.

If we were to utilize Respondology to the maximum, we would need someone regularly operating the platform.

I love Respondology's user-friendly UI and easy setup, which makes it very easy to quickly tackle any tasks that require immediate attention. I appreciate the speed of the tool and the growing list of features. I highly value their willingness to build according to client needs and product feedback and the guidance provided by their team throughout the process.

Very very minor product elements that I'd love to see implemented, but no major issues! I'd love to see certain elements/tags of hidden comments with the Discover product, not just in Moderate.

**What problems is Respondology solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Respondology to hide toxic comments and protect our social media. Its user-friendly UI and speed help quickly tackle urgent tasks. I value its feature growth and focus on client needs, making it a valuable tool and partnership.

Respondology helps us mitigate brand risk and enforce our community guidelines across social channels. When posts get flooded with excessive spam, bot accounts, or sudden influxes of negativity, it becomes difficult for brands to address the root of the problem. With Respondology, we’re able to stay focused on the core issue or complaint while still managing the spam effectively. The platform is very user-friendly, and the support team is responsive and accommodating.

I don't have any "dislikes" about the platform.

Respondology helps us cut down on excessive spam, bot accounts, and sudden influxes of negativity in our comment sections. We can configure it to match what our brand needs—for example, having the tool handle or hide spam bot accounts, while not hiding or removing negative customer experiences that we actually need to see and address. We really like the AI built into the tool, and it does a great job running in the background without requiring us to check on it every day, which saves us time.

I feel that sometimes it doesn’t fully take context into account, and as a result it can let racist content slip through.
