**What do you like best about FeedGuardians?**

We use FeedGuardians daily across Instagram and Facebook, and it's transformed how we manage social media interactions. The AI-powered reply feature aligns perfectly with our brand voice, ensuring that every customer comment feels personalized and genuine rather than robotic. One standout for us is the automated spam detection. The platform auto-hides them, freeing up our team to focus on real customers.

The dashboard is intuitive, connecting all our platforms in one place. Setup literally took a few minutes, and customer support is always on hand for special requests.

If you run a growing DTC brand and can't afford to lose time to manual moderation, FeedGuardians is a game-changer. Highly recommended.

**What do you dislike about FeedGuardians?**

FeedGuardians helps manage comments and direct messages on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Bluesky. However, it cannot handle comments for X (Twitter) and YouTube. Since these are important channels for our brand, it's inconvenient not to have a unified dashboard for all major platforms. The AI responses are often good, but for complex or sensitive customer issues, we sometimes need to escalate manually. I'm not always sure the AI notices every situation that needs a person to step in. The analytics dashboard offers only basic insights; more advanced, visual reporting would help us better track engagement and ROI. The prices might be too high for small brands that are just starting, especially for basic plans. So, having more flexible choices would help.

**What problems is FeedGuardians solving and how is that benefiting you?**

FeedGuardians addresses several critical social media challenges for our brand:

High Volume Comment Moderation: Keeping track of and managing thousands of comments on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok was very hard. This often resulted in delays or missed messages. FeedGuardians’ automation means every comment is instantly reviewed, categorized, and addressed, making sure no genuine customer interaction is overlooked.

Spam and Negative Content: Before FeedGuardians, our posts had a lot of spam, scam links, and promotions from competitors. This hurt our ads and our brand image. Now, the AI automatically filters out unwanted content.

Consistent Brand Voice: Previously, with multiple team members responding manually, our messaging was inconsistent. FeedGuardians learns and copies how we talk. This makes sure every automated response feels real and matches our brand, which builds customer trust and satisfaction.

Faster Customer Engagement: Response times have dropped from hours to seconds, thanks to AI replies and smart drafts. This rapid engagement directly converts more inquiries into sales and boosts our social media ROI.

Resource Efficiency: The team now spends far less time on repetitive tasks and can focus on creative or strategic efforts, ultimately increasing productivity without the need to expand headcount.

**What do you like best about FeedGuardians?**

I love the amount of time FeedGuardians saves me every day. Its effectiveness in controlling comments on social media is impressive. It is capable of managing comments, removing those from haters and spam, and properly attending to customers, which would be like having 10 people working 24/7. The artificial intelligence does the work that would take me 10 hours a day, allowing me to save time and avoiding the need to manually monitor each post.

**What do you dislike about FeedGuardians?**

For me, everything works perfectly, and the only issue is that sometimes some of the channels disconnect and you have to reconnect them manually, but other than that, everything usually works very well except for some minor errors that can happen from time to time, but they are usually resolved quickly. It also took me longer to set everything up because I work in a language other than English, which made my learning curve a bit steeper.

FeedGuardians controls comments on social media, saving me many hours a day. Its artificial intelligence manages comments, protecting me from spam and hater comments, doing the work of many people.

**What do you like best about FeedGuardians?**

I find FeedGuardians super simple to use and it works pretty effectively with hiding any negative sentiment comments. It's also quite nice that we can have plenty of different workspaces per client. It makes it easier and quicker to review comments and helps the ads perform better when comments are attended to quickly.

**What do you dislike about FeedGuardians?**

Separating paid ads comments and organic comments could be improved. Initial setup was simple but kind of time-consuming as I had to set up a brand voice per client, which could be automated.

**What problems is FeedGuardians solving and how is that benefiting you?**

FeedGuardians consolidates scattered reviews, making it easier to review comments and hide negative ones quickly. It's super simple to use and allows for multiple workspaces per client, improving ad performance by enabling faster responses to comments.

**What do you like best about FeedGuardians?**

I use FeedGuardians for answering my comments and messages. I like how easy it is to use. The automations, and the ability to program how and when to answer, are features I value. The initial setup was 10/10 easy.

**What do you dislike about FeedGuardians?**

Sometimes it lags and I cannot connect my Instagram account if it's not in the Meta. I want to connect different Meta accounts in one channel.

I use FeedGuardians for answering comments and messages. It solves time problems by freeing up my time for more efficient work as it automates and manages my responses.

**What do you like best about FeedGuardians?**

It automatically hides spam and competitors from our ads and organic posts.

It also saves us more than 20 hours a week responding to comments and DMs. Translation features are really good, now one person can handle 12 different markets. Their sentiment analysis and finding customers that are more likely to buy is really impressive, we add 2k in the first week of using this tool. 

Onboarding is really less than 5 minutes and we started using the tool, and it is really easy to use and integrate. 

We are using it everyday.

**What do you dislike about FeedGuardians?**

Occasionally I like to double-check auto-replies to make sure they match our brand tone, but that’s more about peace of mind than a real issue.

**What problems is FeedGuardians solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Spam and missed sales. Before that our ads were floded with fake links and spam and it also works 24/7 without us needing to respond manually to comments.
