"Clean, Modern, and Powerful Email Management"
4/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

Simply designed UI and UX yet powerful underneath the clean modern appearance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

There are a few minor features I’d like to see in future updates, such as mouse gestures in the desktop version. I’d also appreciate a simple delete icon on both desktop and mobile for mail that isn’t sent to Done. Having templates for frequently used emails would be great as well. For what we do, being able to copy from a template, apply it to a response, tweak it, and send it is important. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Pia Regio of Superhuman Mail

Thanks so much for sharing this feedback with us!

I totally hear you on this. Being able to use mouse gestures, quickly delete emails, and copy from templates to tweak and send responses would be really handy.

Fortunately, we're planning to build out these abilities in the near future. If you’d like to be updated on when we release these, please shoot us a note to hello@superhuman.com so we can close the loop 💫

"Focused Single-Pane Workflow and Smart AI That Matches My Writing Style"
4/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

The focused workflow is excellent. The single-pane, “stream of consciousness” layout makes it much easier to process emails one at a time, and I feel noticeably more productive because of it. The keyboard shortcuts are also incredibly well designed, letting me archive messages or start composing instantly. On top of that, the AI agent is surprisingly accurate at mimicking my personal communication style. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

There’s a small bug where the AI calendar panel doesn’t clear after I save an event, and it can sometimes lead to duplicate meetings. I also wish I could upload external files to give the AI more context when it’s drafting specialized emails, since right now it seems to rely only on my history and calendar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Pia Regio of Superhuman Mail

Hey, Tracy 👋🏻 thanks a ton for this honest feedback!

It's definitely helpful, and I've made a note about your thoughts on the AI calendar panel not clearing after saving events, especially since it can lead to duplicate meetings, as well as your request for the ability to upload external files to give AI more context when drafting specialized emails.

If you’re able to, please email us at hello@superhuman.com with a few more details about the calendar panel issue so we can take a closer look at the bug. And if there are other ways we can make Superhuman Mail even better for you, please let us know 💜

"Lightning-Fast Email Workflow with Top-Tier Onboarding and Smarter AI Replies"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

Pure speed is what keeps me hooked. With the shortcuts and snippets I use every day, getting through hundreds of emails feels almost effortless. The AI features have also improved a lot over the past year, which makes it easier to draft polished, professional replies. On top of that, the initial setup was surprisingly simple, and the onboarding experience was genuinely top-tier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

I’d really like to see more focus on voice-to-text integration. Since I use the Command key on Apple and try to avoid the keyboard whenever possible, being able to draft entire emails using only my voice would be a huge step forward for my particular workflow across both mobile and desktop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Pia Regio of Superhuman Mail

Hey, Lionel 👋🏻 thanks a ton for this honest feedback!

It's definitely helpful, and I've made a note about your thoughts on expanding voice-to-text integration, especially the ability to fully draft emails by voice across both mobile and desktop to share with the team.

We really appreciate you sharing how this would fit into your workflow, and feedback like this helps us prioritize improvements that make Superhuman Mail more seamless to use 🙏🏻

"Embedded AI and Calendar Sync That Make Email Effortlessly Smooth"
5/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

The embedded AI is the biggest standout for me. It genuinely helps with drafting and summarizing complex threads, and it saves me a ton of mental energy. I also really like the calendar sync features—being able to view multiple calendars and drop booking links straight into an email without ever leaving the app feels incredibly smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

Moving away from a traditional folder-based system was definitely the hardest part for me. After years of using Outlook, it took some time to adjust to the search-first and “split” philosophy. There’s a genuine learning curve with the shortcuts and the functional differences, and it can feel a bit jarring at first—especially during that first week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Pia Regio of Superhuman Mail

"Clean, Beautiful Email Client That Saves Me Tons of Time"
5/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

Superhuman is a clean, visually-appealing email client. I am particularly impressed by the ability to use keystroke commands for major functions, such as forwarding, blocking, reminders, etc. This saves me a ton of time on a daily and weekly basis, as I am able to very quickly navigate my inbox. Time is money; Superhuman saves me an incredible amount of time on a daily basis. If it's possible to grateful for an inanimate object/product, I am very grateful for Superhuman! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

Literally nothing. There's a small bit of feedback that I could offer about the size of the email display when reading/responding to emails, but it's nitpicky feedback and it does not detract from my UX at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Pia Regio of Superhuman Mail

We're so glad you're enjoying Superhuman Mail! 🙌🏻

"Seamless Email Management with Superhuman Mail"
5/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

I love the digital experience with Superhuman Mail. The interface is really great and easy to use. I'm a big fan of all the keyboard shortcuts; once you master them, they save you a ton of time. I love how it allows me to keep track of multiple inboxes and prioritize messages easily. The gamification of getting to "Inbox Zero" is very satisfying because it gives you a fun image when you get through your emails, and that image changes daily. Superhuman is always making updates that are in the best interest of the user, and it's a product that just keeps getting better. The initial setup was a breeze thanks to the onboarding videos, and they even offered a call to help learn the features I wanted to master, which made the whole experience very smooth. It really helps me be efficient and save time, especially with the keyboard shortcuts, which eliminate the need for constant clicking. Overall, this is a huge upgrade from Gmail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

I really don't have any dislikes. It's a fantastic product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlines Communication with User-Friendly Interface"
5/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

I like using Superhuman Mail because it's user-friendly and helps me prioritize and respond to the important things much quicker. I really appreciate the AI components that save me time on things that don't need my attention and how I can share my availability which often preloads accurately. The reminder feature is another plus, prompting me for follow-ups automatically, and I love being able to boomerang emails based on my preferences. The calendar features are handy, and integrating with Salesforce helps me in my sales development tasks by keeping everything connected with auto replies. Overall, I find the setup easy despite the learning curve for shortcuts, and I'm really pleased with the benefits I've received, which is why I recommend it to everybody. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

I will say the learning curve when I first started using it was weirdly hard. You have to learn shortcuts. But once you learn them, it makes such a difference. And then I do keep asking for a centralized mailbox. I kind of want everything all in one just so that I can rip through things. Instead of having to toggle between my several emails. I have personal. I have work. I have a family email, those kinds of things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Never Miss an Email: Split Inboxes, Reminders, and Snippets That Shine"
5/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

It helps me ensure no emails get lost. I can categorize emails into different inboxes with the split inbox feature. I love how I can set reminders and use snippets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

Sometimes it is slow with the desktop version. I am not a fan of the auto draft AI version of a follow up email. I turned that feature off because I would rather write these myself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fastest Email Experience with Seamless Multi-Account Switching"
5/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

It’s the fastest email experience available and they’re constantly adding new features and improving the experience. Switching quickly and easily between different email accounts is probably the most valuable feature I use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

The windows all seems to have some issues for me where I’ll have to reinstall periodically because it just won’t open. Text formatting in the mobile app could be a bit better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Pia Regio of Superhuman Mail

Hey, Justin 👋🏻 thanks a ton for this honest feedback!

So sorry for the friction with the Windows app and mobile text formatting. It's definitely helpful, and I've made a note of your feedback to share with the team 📝

In the meantime, could you shoot us an email at hello@superhuman.com so we can take a closer look at the Windows app issue? Thanks in advance 🙏

"Seamless Email Management with Superhuman"
5/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

I really like how Superhuman Mail brings my personal and business emails into one place with ease of access. It's very easy to use, intuitive, and it doesn't fail. The integration with Gmail is great, and the archiving system is good too. I enjoy the keyboard shortcuts that make everything quicker and the ability to do everything without having to use my mouse. The connectors to AI programs like Claude make it even easier and quicker to handle my emails. The initial setup was very easy, and I find the overall experience seamless, which is why I'd rate it a ten out of ten. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

It takes a bit of time to learn all the different keyboard shortcuts. So if you're someone who doesn't learn that way or a little bit older, maybe it'd be more difficult. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
