# Which Recruitment Marketing Platforms Best Reduce Time-to-Fill?

Best recruitment marketing platforms for reducing time-to-fill and speeding up the hiring process is where automation earns its keep, since every hour a recruiter spends manually screening resumes is an hour a role stays open. The Recruitment Marketing category has a clear cluster of platforms reviewers credit specifically with cutting that turnaround time.

100Hires: Reviewers describe AI parsing and candidate ranking eliminating most manual screening, with one team reporting they reclaimed roughly ten hours a week and canceled several other subscriptions once it replaced their scattered scheduling and sourcing tools. The tradeoff is that reporting and analytics stay fairly basic, and there is no dedicated mobile app for reviewing candidates on the go.

JobDiva: Reviewers consistently point to resume harvesting and AI-assisted candidate matching as what lowers time-to-fill directly, pulling from multiple job boards at once and surfacing qualified candidates fast enough to keep pipelines moving. The catch is a real learning curve, several reviewers describe the interface as outdated and the sheer number of features as overwhelming for new recruiters.

Ceipal ATS: Reviewers describe automation across resume screening, candidate matching, and follow-ups as what leads directly to faster hiring cycles, with the combined ATS and CRM setup removing the need to jump between separate systems. The tradeoff is an interface some call cluttered for new users, plus occasional lag when working with larger candidate datasets.

Jobilla: Reviewers describe reaching passive, silent candidates who would not apply through traditional channels, widening the pool of qualified people available for a role without extra manual sourcing work. Worth flagging, its review base is heavily concentrated in Finland, so how well this generalizes outside the Nordic market is less established. The most common request is a faster overall process, since some reviewers still want quicker turnaround from campaign to qualified candidate.

For recruiters who have actually measured it, did switching platforms shave real time off your average time-to-fill, or did the bottleneck just move somewhere else in the process, like interview scheduling or offer approval? And how much of the speed gain came from automation versus just having a bigger candidate pool to draw from?

Your second question is the more revealing one. Screening automation compresses a stage that recruiters control, while the stages that usually hold a role open, interview scheduling and offer approval, sit with people outside the recruiting team. So the measured gain often shows up as a shorter sourcing-to-shortlist window rather than a shorter time-to-fill, unless those downstream steps move too. Worth asking anyone who measured it which segment of the funnel actually shrank.
