"Seamless All-in-One Integrations That Keep Everything in One Window"
5/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

All of the seamless integrations that allow me to work from ONE window! I can setup calendar meetings, share availability, set reminders for myself, as well as reply to emails, drafts, etc all in the same place. Saves bandwidth on my computer, my desktop, and my brain! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

I have had some challenges integrating to Microsoft. The majority of my work and emails are through Google/GMail. I wish the Microsoft had all the same tools/accessibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortlessly Manage Emails with Speed and Precision"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

I really appreciate the functionality of Superhuman Mail, specifically how it's built with speed in mind, so it never slows me down or requires much cognitive effort. It's like I'm on the winning side of the never-ending battle with emails. The efficiency helps me achieve inbox zero quickly, which is satisfying. It's incredibly handy when I'm multitasking, like heading out of the gym or needing to respond swiftly in a tight time frame. The haptics add a nice touch, making it feel more engaging. I trust Superhuman Mail completely; it supports me without adding stress, which I value highly. Plus, it has a good reputation in the venture capital industry, and many fellow investors have had positive experiences with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

Honestly, I don't really have sharp criticisms. It is merely an email provider. But perhaps it could even get beefed up in the sense of becoming an all-in-one CRM plus email provider. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Pia Regio of Superhuman Mail

We're so glad you're enjoying Superhuman Mail, Shane! 🙌🏻

"Robust Reminders, Needs Better Screen Utilization"
4/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

I really value the reminder system in Superhuman Mail. It's better than anything out there for me. Setting quick reminders after sending an email helps ensure that I follow up with clients if they haven’t responded. The reminders are crucial because I track a lot of escrows and can't let anything slip through the cracks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

The screen size makes it impossible to read some things that I have to switch to Outlook in order to read. The screen size because it's only using one third of my monitor. Images get shrunk. It's hard to see them. The screen size is definitely the thing that needs to be improved. The desktop app was locking up for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hey, Bryn — appreciate the honest feedback 🙏

Happy to let you know that you can set an event notification by hitting Cmd+K → Calendar Settings and then tapping event notifications at the bottom to edit these settings. That said, the customization is a bit limited but I've went ahead and shared this with a wider team ⚡If you drop us a note to hello@superhuman.com, we’ll be happy to share updates on our progress💡

"Shortcuts, Macros, and AI Make Inbox Zero Lightning-Fast"
4/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

The shortcuts, macros, AI, and other tools all come together to give me a lightning-fast process for reaching inbox zero every day across seven email accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

The mobile app forces me to respond from the top to the bottom of my inbox (on the desktop app its easier for me to jump to emergency emails before working through the longer queue). Also, there are a few integrations that, if added, would make it even more compelling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Pia Regio of Superhuman Mail

Hey, Jessica 👋🏻 thanks a ton for this feedback!

Being able to jump to urgent emails on mobile instead of working from the top of the inbox does sound like it would streamline things quite a bit. A few folks have requested this previously, so I wouldn't be surprised if we build it down the line! The additional integrations you mentioned would also be great to explore. If we do, and you’d like to be updated on a future release, drop us a note at hello@superhuman.com and we’ll reach out 💫

"Superhuman Mail: Makes Managing Overflowing Inbox Fun & Efficient"
5/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

I like the splits in Superhuman Mail, which help me manage my large volume of emails efficiently. The follow-up suggestions are a great feature, emphasizing what's important for quick attention. The AI recommended content is a nice touch, making email handling smart and seamless. I also find the gamification aspect engaging, as it makes weekly inbox clearance a fun challenge; I've maintained it for about 84 weeks! The initial setup was easy, adding to the smooth experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

The internal comments in Superhuman Mail don't seem valuable to me. I haven't figured out how they're different from just emailing internally. It would be great if the AI could draft responses for me to review and approve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Superhuman Mail: Speedy, Intuitive, but Needs Better Integrations"
5/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

I like that Superhuman Mail has split inboxes, allowing me to segment my workflow which helps me focus on different areas of my job without constantly switching contexts. The AI replies feature is also great because it speeds up my email process by providing quick, context-aware responses. I appreciate its speed and minimalistic design. The initial setup was really easy, with an awesome onboarding experience for each individual team member. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

It doesn't integrate into the tools that I like to use. While it does integrate with some tools, there's a lot more that it could do. For instance, I would prefer if it integrated with my project management tools like Asana or time management tools like Harvest. Even with HubSpot, the level of integration feels a bit low, like it only allows me to create contacts, but I would love for it to be able to do more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Pia Regio of Superhuman Mail

Hey, Vidur 👋🏻

Thanks so much for sharing this feedback with us! I totally hear you on this. Being able to integrate more deeply with tools like Asana, Harvest, and HubSpot would be really handy.

Fortunately, we're planning to build out this ability in the near future. If you’d like to be updated on when we release this, please shoot us a note to hello@superhuman.com so we can close the loop 💫

"Smart Send and shortcuts make email outreach faster and more effective"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

I like that I can use Smart Send to send emails when the customer is most likely to open them, and I can also see read receipts and engagement. I also like the shortcuts, which make it quicker and easier to get things done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

Smart Send doesn’t work for a lot of emails, and I’d also love it if Superhuman could provide a way to re-trigger messages that bounced, or at least flag them clearly when they’re invalid email addresses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Pia Regio of Superhuman Mail

"Intuitive, Fast Email Management"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

I like Superhuman Mail’s intuitive interface, and it’s easy to use. There was a bit of a learning curve, but now the shortcuts make it simple. I use shortcuts to generate replies or mark replies as done, and I find the auto-replies helpful. Labels help me stay organized and keep track of messages, follow-ups, incoming emails, and my next steps. When I email clients, I like being able to add my availability and figure out meeting times. It helps me respond faster and provide a better customer experience. Setup was really easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

The shortcuts took some time to get used to, and I think it may not be for everyone. Sometimes the AI features are a little finicky: rewriting a message in my voice doesn’t always work, and the formatting can be an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient, AI-Enhanced Email Management"
5/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

I love the efficiency of Superhuman Mail. It's built really well, simple but powerful. The AI is very good, with a great tone of voice that's better than other AI tools I've used. The layout is clean and simple, which I appreciate. The shortcut keys are very good and make navigating easier. I also find the straightforward display of unread emails helpful. The AI drafting feature saves me a lot of time by generating responses based on what I would normally say, allowing me to send responses without much editing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

I think the mobile could be a bit better. I'm not quite sure what it's hard to place, but it's about the AI. Isn't as intuitive, and there's certain things that I know are gonna be easier for me to do on the desktop app. Then sometimes it consumes quite a lot of RAM. So they can make it maybe just a little bit more efficient. Like, when I've got a couple of mails open in tabs, then it will often consume two or three gigs. "Superhuman Mail: Lightning Fast Email Management"
5/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

I love how Superhuman Mail helps me confidently manage my emails without missing an important one. The speed and simplicity are fantastic, making my inbox management almost effortless. I've memorized all the hot keys, and they're now part of my muscle memory, allowing me to triage my inbox really fast. I appreciate the thoughtfully designed experience and the smart inbox filters that let me process emails faster and achieve inbox zero daily. The MCP server integration with AI helps draft replies in my tone, ensuring emails don't feel like AI slop. It keeps learning with every edit, so I rarely have to make changes. The integration with AI is very good, helping me draft responses and manage operations efficiently. The initial setup was extremely easy, and personal onboarding was a bonus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

The search functionality on Superhuman Mail, particularly on mobile, sometimes takes a while. This occasionally forces me to switch to the native Gmail application to find emails. On desktop, however, search works quite well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Pia Regio of Superhuman Mail

Hey, Ruman 👋🏻 thanks a ton for this honest feedback!

It's definitely helpful, and I've made a note about your thoughts on the search function to share with the team 📝
