"Faster Email, Easier Teamwork, with a Few Integration Gaps"
5/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

I can process more emails in the same amount of time, or the same number of emails in less time. I like being able to share conversations instead of forwarding emails, which helps avoid clutter and keeps teammates looped in. Generating emails or replies from bullet-point context is easy and helps me respond much quicker. I also like that I can connect Superhuman Mail to our AI solutions through its MCP, and that I can create a Google Meet with people on an email with one button. The initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

I’m quite happy with Superhuman Mail, though the HubSpot integration could be a little better. The meeting button only works with Google Meet, and I’d like the option to add a Teams link too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Superhuman Turned My Inbox Into a Powerful To-Do List"
5/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

This is a tool that one me over as a skeptic of tools that replaced something I already thought I did pretty well. It started by having me save time reviewing and sorting my emails.

But where I get the most value are being able to truly utilize my inbox like a to-do list through the use of inboxes and reminders. I can get to "Inbox 0" without archiving an email I need to respond to next week - it'll simply reappear in my inbox on Monday with three presses.

The other feature that's been invaluable has been their collaboration. I can share an email with a colleague (even someone who doesn't use Superhuman) and they're able to leave internal-only visible comments or thoughts or context AND they'll be able to see future communication, even if I don't cc them on the thread. They could even respond if I happen to be out of office or are better suited to reply.

I've been impressed with their adoption of targeted and useful AI features, mostly centered around writing where the tool can spin you up a draft and will present you with a recommended reply on an email it suggests it's time to follow-up on.

Their onboarding process, especially for the desktop app, gamified onboarding and helped me get an initial handle on the new work streams, which over the course of a week, we turned into habits together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

Honestly, there isn't a lot I have to say in terms of critical feedback. The tool is simple and performs well and the product improvements and releases target areas that have a meaningful impact on my day to day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Lifesaver: Smart Reminders, Scheduled Emails, and Helpful AI Summaries"
5/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

I absolutely love, love, love the reminders feature. This has saved me many times! Being able to schedule emails to pop back up in my inbox is so great. I don't have to look at all the emails and can deal with the less urgent ones later. I also enjoy the AI summary so I can quickly review each one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

Honestly, there really isn't anything I dislike about it. I would be so upset if they took it away from us! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast, Effortless Email That Sounds Like You"
5/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

I use Superhuman Mail every day for my work and personal mailboxes. It makes responding to emails more efficient, and I can get through more emails faster. It produces drafts and follow-ups, and I use it to write, rewrite, and enhance my emails. I like the speed and quality of the emails it produces, especially that its AI writes in my voice quickly and efficiently and has learned how I respond over time. The initial setup is efficient, linking mailboxes is easy, and having each mailbox in its own tab makes it easy to look at everything. I’ve recommended Superhuman Mail to multiple friends and colleagues, and I think it’s an outstanding tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

Nothing - it is a great product Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Blazing-Fast Email Triage with Split Inbox, Snippets, and Smart Send Later"
5/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

The speed is the whole point, and it delivers. Once you commit to the keyboard shortcuts and stop reaching for the mouse, triaging email gets dramatically faster. Split Inbox is the feature I'd miss most if I switched away; separating VIPs, calendar, and news from everything else means I actually see what matters first. Snippets save me from retyping the same replies, Send Later with the built-in "cancel if they reply first" logic is smarter than it sounds, and Undo Send has saved me more than once. The newer AI additions — Auto Labels, Auto Archive, and AI-drafted replies in my own voice — have cut down the manual sorting noticeably. It also works across both Gmail and Outlook, and the native desktop apps feel like real software, not a browser tab.

On top of the product itself, the Superhuman team is genuinely responsive and helpful — they ship regular updates with new features aimed at getting through the inbox even faster, and it's clear they're actively improving the experience rather than letting it stagnate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

The price is hard to ignore - it's several times what most email tools cost, and if you don't live in your inbox, you probably won't get your money's worth. There's a real learning curve at the start; the first week or two of forcing yourself onto shortcuts is genuinely slower before it becomes faster. And because so much of the value is in muscle memory and workflow, it's the kind of tool you have to fully commit to for it to pay off - dabbling won't cut it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Email Management with Quick Shortcuts"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

I love using Superhuman Mail because it's quick and makes it really easy to manage my emails. The speed helps me sort through the important emails and get rid of the noise effectively, which is something I couldn't do as well with Gmail. The keyboard shortcuts are awesome, making the whole experience seamless. The split feature is also a big plus, allowing me to organize my emails automatically into categories, making things so much easier. The onboarding call was brilliant and the most thorough I've ever been through for a consumer product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

Some of the features in Superhuman Mail could be enhanced further. The split feature, which organizes different things automatically into categories, makes my life much easier, but it could be even more precise. Enhancing this feature would definitely improve my experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficiency Boost with Superhuman Mail"
5/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

I love how Superhuman Mail helps me navigate email faster and more efficiently, especially when trying to reach inbox zero. The 'Remind Me Later' feature is fantastic for organizing emails that I don't need to respond to immediately. The keyboard shortcuts significantly enhance my speed and efficiency in handling emails. I'm also impressed with the ability to share my available times for meetings using a link, which saves me several minutes each day. The integration with AI to search past emails and draft automatically is really good, and the mobile app adds great convenience for managing emails on the go. Everything about it just works really well for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

The auto drafts in Superhuman Mail are sometimes a little bit off, but I recognize that it's a new tool and they're getting better every single day. Any problems that I have with Superhuman are getting fixed as we go, so I don't really have anything that needs to be significantly improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Speeds Up Email Tasks with Stunning UI"
5/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

I use Superhuman Mail for both personal and work emails and scheduling events. I like how fast I can move through my inbox with the shortcuts, which save me a lot of time. I also appreciate the beautiful design and great UI/UX, which make it a great product in general. The initial setup was super easy, and overall, it's just a better experience than using Outlook. I would easily recommend it to a friend or colleague, probably a 10 out of 10 on recommendation scale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

I think the integration with Outlook could really use some improvement, especially when it comes to calendar invites. That part of Superhuman Mail doesn't work as smoothly as I'd like, and it can be a bit of a hassle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, Efficient Inbox Management with Powerful AI Customization"
5/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

Superhuman is simple and easy to use, it organizes your inbox and allows you to get your work done, faster and more efficiently. It seamlessly integrates with Gmail and its AI is very strong allowing you to customize messaging while it learns your tone and how you write. The real value is the time saving and allowing me to get to the important tasks first. We're definitely getting our money's worth with Superhuman Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

Sometimes I don't like that it shows emails out of chronological order, but it does that so you get the most important emails done first. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Email Management for a Busy Inbox"
5/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

I use Superhuman Mail primarily for managing my emails and it really helps me by organizing them nicely, which saves time. I also appreciate the follow-up reminders and the ability to draft emails and replies easily. The clean minimalist UX is appealing to me and the to-do list kind of UI offers a great experience. I find the way emails are organized and the shortcuts within the software particularly valuable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

I think email classification and Google Calendar integration can be a lot better. Sometimes important emails go to the "Others" folder and get ignored. Also, when an event is updated by the organizer in Google Calendar, it does not show what exactly has changed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
