A few initial conversations and then a few rounds of interviews and we were off. Training and billing have been just as easy. **What do you dislike about Super Virtuals?** As a newer player in this space, some of their processes are still in development and they're figuring out what level of oversight/help clients ultimately want in finding and hiring help when internal processes are so unique to each employer. It can feel a bit "loose" for better or worse. **Recommendations to others considering Super Virtuals:** Clearly communicate the requirements of not only the employee but also of the agency in their help in placement for the best results. Don't be afraid to ask for multiple interviews, help in initial training/integration, or a re-match if things aren't clicking. **What problems is Super Virtuals solving and how is that benefiting you?** Finding good help is really hard but Super Virtuals has made it seem easy. There may have been a bit of luck involved, or maybe I was due, but I had spent 5 years trying to hire without success and then in 48 hours, I'm set up with my best employee to date. ### 2. Super Virtuals helped me manage my website in Hostgator, as well as our Chabad websites. Their management is doing an excellent job in attending to my needs. **What do you dislike about Super Virtuals?** Actually, I really can't think of anything! Everything is going smoothly since I started working with them. I started with 1 VA, and now I have three who is working for my school! **Recommendations to others considering Super Virtuals:** I highly recommend having a conversation with someone from Super Virtuals! **What problems is Super Virtuals solving and how is that benefiting you?** After many years on Shlichus, I was able to meet my assistant through Super Virtuals. The kind of tasks he can do are endless for administrative tasks and enabled me to finish projects that have been dormant for years. He also does marketing on Facebook for me under my direction. Since I don’t know how to manage my social media, he is helping me with this too! Super Virtuals made it easier with helping me find the right assistant for me. ### 4. They should consider a pricing for jobs that are short term with a deadline for submission. **Recommendations to others considering Super Virtuals:** Try them out and see the difference they could make. **What problems is Super Virtuals solving and how is that benefiting you?** Super Virtuals gave us the chance to work with a virtual assistant that is skilled, capable, and dependable at the same time.
