I feel this way due to its accurate payroll system and dynamic interface that makes the payroll process easy to use. Additionally, the data processing is very fast with the thousands of data I usually process, allowing the payroll process to be completed on time. This makes the data much more effective and efficient. **What do you dislike about SunFish by DataOn?** Currently, there is a network issue causing loading delays, which hinders the attendance process. A solution can be implemented with a quick response from DataOn if there is an unstable DataOn network. **What problems is SunFish by DataOn solving and how is that benefiting you?** The issue arises when the Time Attendance network is loading, making it difficult for employees to clock in online. A solution that can be provided is allowing employees to submit their attendance offline if there are prolonged network issues, and employees can be advised to use the fingerprint machine available at the office. It is quite complex when first starting out. For Attendance Review, Tax Calculation, Allowance, etc. have been directly prorated and calculated in this system. **What do you dislike about SunFish by DataOn?** So far, I like using Sunfish compared to others. Technical errors are considered very reasonable and immediately assisted by support. Maybe a little bit that must be improved is its flexibility in handling problems. At this time, we have to request a ticket first and then the support processing issues. And for some very urgent matters, asking a ticket in advance makes our problems a little longer to solve. **What problems is SunFish by DataOn solving and how is that benefiting you?** SunFish makes it very easy for me to do the payroll process for a company with many employees. It's hard to find a solution to a problem from the Help menu.
