How much does SuccessKPI cost in 2026?

According to G2 data, SuccessKPI pricing in 2026 starts at $15.00 and can reach $60.00 depending on the selected plan. Pricing may vary based on billing terms or usage, so users should review the SuccessKPI's official pricing page for the most current details.

Who is SuccessKPI pricing best suited for?

SuccessKPI's pricing is best suited for mid-market contact centers, which represent the dominant reviewer segment on G2. Industries including banking, mental health care, transportation, insurance, and consulting appear frequently across G2 reviews, typically using SuccessKPI for Genesys Cloud reporting gaps, quality monitoring, and agent performance tracking. The BI and Analytics tier fits operations needing consolidated dashboards without speech capabilities. The Speech and Text plus QM and Power tiers suit quality teams running call evaluations and sentiment analysis. The Empower tier targets larger operations requiring real-time agent guidance and automation. G2 reviewers from small businesses also report strong value, particularly for supervisor-level agent monitoring.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of SuccessKPI?

SuccessKPI offers no free tier. According to G2's pricing data for SuccessKPI, the entry-level BI and Analytics tier starts at $15.00/month and covers real-time and historical reporting, data connectors, and BI platform access, but excludes speech and text analytics, quality monitoring, and AI features. SuccessKPI's higher tiers unlock progressively more capability: Speech and Text plus QM at $30.00/month adds sentiment analysis and Playbook Builder; Power at $45.00/month adds GenAI as an optional add-on; Empower at $60.00/month bundles Agent Assist, task automation, and GenAI by default. Enterprise needs are served through custom quotes.

Is SuccessKPI considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviewers of SuccessKPI broadly indicate strong value, particularly for mid-market contact centers replacing fragmented reporting stacks. One G2 reviewer in electrical manufacturing explicitly noted the tool paid for itself by helping avoid high customer costs. High ratings cluster around real-time analytics, Genesys Cloud integration, speech analytics accuracy, and customizable dashboards. Recurring cons include performance lag on large datasets and slow support response times, which temper enthusiasm at scale. G2 reviews from enterprise users suggest the pricing is justifiable given 100% call monitoring capability and AI-assisted QM, but smaller teams should weigh add-on costs for WFM ($20/agent/month) and GenAI ($10/agent/month) against budget constraints.

What do you like best about SuccessKPI?

What I like most about the product is how practical it is and how easy it is to use right from the start. The pre-defined dataset is especially helpful because it saves time and lets me focus on actually using the product immediately, rather than spending extra effort on setup or data preparation. On top of that, the UI is clean and easy to understand, so there’s no real need to tweak anything before getting value from it. Overall, it feels well designed, user-friendly, and ready to use out of the box, which makes the whole experience smooth and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SuccessKPI?

What I find less satisfying about the product is that the UI feels a bit outdated compared to modern tools, which affects the overall user experience. The available functionalities are also still quite limited, so it may not fully support more complex or flexible use cases. In addition, when external data is needed, it seems to require PS customization, which adds extra dependency, time, and cost. Overall, while the product may work for basic needs, there is still room for improvement in terms of usability, feature depth, and integration flexibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
