I like that I can just talk with the assistant instead of having to find and click things. For example, if somebody is out of office, I can ask it to move all issues assigned to a person to next week and it magically knows what I'm talking about. When I work on IT projects, I find that my coworkers, and I have a really difficult time getting used to the project management progress tracking methods. The projects I’ve seen tend to have large teams dedicated to only using these tools. Even then, those estimates are always wrong.
