**What do you like best about Stunning?**

It's purpose built. It's not trying to be everything to everybody. If a customer's charge doesn't go through - send them messages. If their card is going to expire - send them messages. If they pay for something, send them a receipt. If a charge is coming up, send them a message. The long and the short of it is that it comes down to results. We used to spend many hours every month chasing down customers with failed charges - and we were never pre-emptive with expiring cards. We now spend very little time chasing customers on billing. And their bills get paid. Period. We also like the Zapier integration and the ability to cc us on messages.

**What do you dislike about Stunning?**

The UX is a bit confusing. You have to go to one spot to enable functions, and then a different spot to configure them, and perhaps even another spot to customize messaging. Also, there's not one consolidated page to quickly manage ALL outstanding invoices from. Lastly, the URL you provide to customers to update their cards isn't incredibly aesthetic (or secure?) and shows both your stunning ID and the stripe ID of the customer within the URI.

**What problems is Stunning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It reduces the amount of time we spend managing failed payments both proactively and reactively. This ensures that all failed payments are dealt with in a timely manner AND often prevents failed payments in the first place (by proactively informing customers of upcoming credit card expirations).

**What do you like best about Stunning?**

It allows you to automatically chase people for payments and you can set up quite custom emails.

It also offers to send receipts which you can embed online with an easy to use billing update page included as well :)

**What do you dislike about Stunning?**

The interface seems quite outdated and could do with some improvement.

**Recommendations to others considering Stunning:**

If you are looking for a simple dunning tool Stunning is the way to go :) It does not take much implementation effort and is easy to use.

**What problems is Stunning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Stunning to prevent Churn through automated emails for failed payments, an easy option to update card details and an option to remind customers about expiring card details (all over email and in-product).
