We hired SRS to help manage our overall IT systems and Microsoft Dynaminc CRM

**What do you like best about Strategic Response Systems?**

They strive to offer creative solutions to IT needs for our law firm. We never had any downtime or cyber security issues. Their helpdesk was very responsive.

**What do you dislike about Strategic Response Systems?**

Their system was a bit complex and highly customized which did create some flexibility issues, none however that they were unable to resolve.

**What problems is Strategic Response Systems solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Handling and upgrading our relational databases.  Migration to cloud computing.
