The new web UI of Stibo Systems MDM is really basic, despite being worked on for two years or more. The old web UI is better and easier to customize than the new version.The web UI should be easier to change; in the new version, you're not even allowed to place a button. They should listen to what the users want before delivering something new. The price model could be improved to take more customers in the market, do not look only to bug companies but also midsizes. There are many ways to adapt the system to your own system landscape and business processes. Data maintenance is easy, and thanks to multiple views, the interface can be configured to suit the application case. I like the ability of Stibo Systems MDM to transform processes in just a few clicks without requiring specific programming knowledge. It's fantastic to be able to configure the platform within the workbench and the webUI, allowing for receiving, processing, and sharing data without complications and producing results in such a short time. Objectively, what doesn't work well for me is the direct support to the business that should be included in the standard price of the services; in fact, new functions often arrive too late to the business. This creates a gap in the structure, as the functionalities requested by the business arrive too slowly. Moreover, the functionalities or opportunities developed by the client's IT departments or by Stibo itself are published late as new features. From a technological point of view, they represent a great solution, but the time to delivery is almost unacceptable for me. Another issue is the cloud solution that was imposed on us. The security of the data seems compromised, necessarily delegating it to Microsoft. The last point remains the cultural difference compared to the previous system, which has created difficulties, as my company still finds it complicated to adopt the necessary culture to use Stibo Systems MDM effectively.
