**What do you like best about StepFunction?**

We are currently using step functions in our project where we have a requirement of invoking multiple lambda functions in a single task on the basic multiple if and else conditions. It gives graph which helps us in identifying where is the error and what's the status of the execution.

**What do you dislike about StepFunction?**

I really don't see much wrong about step function because recently they release alias feature which is helpful.
Sometimes step function UI is laggy.

**What problems is StepFunction solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As I previously mentioned, it helps us in implementing the a process is easiest possible way.
It helps us in invoking multiple lambda functions in a single page and easiest way.
